| Rural vocational education in China has always been aimed at serving the development of rural social economy.Rural revitalization,all-round development of rural residents,overall upgrading of rural industry and overall progress of rural areas need rural vocational education to play a role in promoting.However,the development of rural vocational education has been questioned.Can rural vocational education serve for Rural Revitalization under the condition of "poor export and excluded entrance" ? Taking this question as the starting point to decide the research steps as determining the research questions,clarifiing the research methods,constructing the theoretical framework of analysis,designing the research process and implementation steps,and analysing the research results,by literature research,case study and investigation to Collecting data.Analysing the supply result of rural vocational education and its effectiveness aimed to udging whether it has realized the development purpose of serving farmers,agriculture and rural areas.And further explor the factors affecting the supply results from the supply process,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for rural vocational education to promote rural revitalization.The study finds that the supply of rural vocational education is inadequate and not fully serving the social and economic development of the countryside.From the perspective of supply objects,the supply focus of rural vocational education tends to realize the educational expectation of rural residents,while ignoring the demand for rural industrial talents.From the content of supply,rural vocational education only realizes the opportunity to receive education and the supply of junior talents at the present stage,while the middle and senior talents need to be supplied through further education.From the perspective of supply willingness,the opportunity to study rural vocational education is far higher than the desire of rural residents to study rural vocational education.And the supply willingness of rural vocational education talents is far lower than the demand willingness of rural industry for rural vocational education talents.The main factors influencing the insufficient supply of rural vocational education are as follows:On the one hand,the main internal factors are insufficient supply capacity of rural vocational education,lack of basic school-running facilities,inadequate professional teachers and incomplete educational objects,which are limited by the enrollment of school-age students,on the other hand,the external factors are that rural residents think that rural vocational education is difficult to achieve their educational expectations,so their desire to study is not strong and the purchasing power of rural industry is not competitive,so the supply willingness of rural vocational education talents is not high.Effective supply of rural vocational education needs to balance all kinds of educational needs,while meeting the needs of different rural residents and various rural industries.The development of rural vocational education should first be based on the strategic planning of Rural Revitalization and take the gradient development of Rural Revitalization as the principle to define the development orientation and plan the development prospect.Secondly,it should increase the target of education,set up agriculture-related majors,to accommodate the types of education,to strengthen the integration of industry and education,and to improve the management system to meet the needs of rural areas,highlight the rural characteristics.Finally,we should coordinate the layout planning of urban and rural vocational education,the allocation of urban and rural vocational education resources,and the management system of urban and rural vocational education to promote the connotation construction of rural vocational education and realize the integration development of urban and rural vocational education. |
