In the context of advocating anti-drugs for all,social work plays an important role in the field of drug control.Because of the particularity of drug control work,the social work organizations undertaking drug treatment social work should cooperate with judicial departments and public security departments in order to carry out their work smoothly.In order to promote the development of drug control work and solve the problem of regional disharmony in drug control work,the government advocates the establishment of model cities to provide experience and demonstration for drug control work.This paper takes Donglin Social Work Station in Guanxi City as an example,guided by case study method,collects data by interview method and observation method,and completes three months'practice investigation according to the author's situation.The relationship between social workstations and street level bureaucrat institutions studied by the author belongs to the category of government and social organization relations,and scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research in this field.The mainstream view is that under the background of government purchasing services,social work organization show passive dependence on the interaction with the government.The study found that social work station not only passively depends on street level bureaucrat agencies,but also actively depends on street level bureaucrat institutions.Social work stations mainly rely passively on street level bureaucrat institutions in four aspects:funds,information,media publicity and legitimacy,while active dependence on street level bureaucrat institutions is mainly reflected in the following aspects:attaching importance to administrative performance,professional service indicators,social workers identify with bureaucratic culture.
