The balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education is the key and core of the balanced allocation of national compulsory education.Equilibrium allocation of teachers in compulsory education refers to the government or educational administrative departments,according to the different situations of teachers'resources in compulsory education in the whole country or in different regions,following the general objectives and requirements of education for the balanced development of compulsory education,defining the relationship between supply and demand of teachers' resources at the stage of compulsory education in the whole country or in different regions,aiming at the dimensions of the number of teachers,the quality of teachers and the structure of teachers.There are differences in the specific situation,through the use of appropriate tools for the balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers to conduct a scientific and rational analysis,formulate targeted Teacher Allocation policies,take reasonable measures to allocate teachers resources in compulsory education stage,in order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education teachers resources in the whole country or regions,schools.After a period of development,the balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education has initially established a simple allocation system.However,due to the limitation of the hierarchical allocation process and the need to improve the scientific data system in the allocation analysis process,there are some problems in the balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education,such as the difficulty in formulating the teacher allocation policy accurately,the difficulty in balancing the advantages and disadvantages of administrative measures,the supply and demand of teachers.It is difficult to carry out scientific analysis,lack of systematic data for accurate decision-making,and weak ability to predict the development trend.In the traditional allocation analysis process,the dimensions of data system or indicators used to measure whether the allocation of compulsory education teachers is balanced or not mainly focus on the number of teachers,the quality of teachers and the structure of teachers.These three dimensions reveal to some extent the reasons and results of the balanced development of compulsory education teachers,and also provide appropriate support for solving the problem of balanced development of compulsory education teachers in China.However,due to the deepening of the data development of the balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers,the increasing speed of data growth,the increasing complexity of data types and the increasing changes in data,the dimension of measuring the balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers with the characteristics of the times needs to be improved urgently.In the current era of big data with obvious scientific characteristics of data,it is necessary and feasible to use big data thinking to solve the problem of balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers.This paper tries to clarify the distribution of big data in the balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers from the perspective of analyzing the big data sources,and constructs an innovative logic of balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers based on the big data thinking.Under the guidance of the Innovative Logic of balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education,this paper studies the new and old indicators of balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education.Through the analysis of the formulation logic of the new balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education,it attempts to make a theoretical analysis of the indicators of balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education,and makes an investigation and analysis of the acceptance of the new indicators proposed in the paper by using the questionnaire method.On this basis,the set of indicators of balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education is formed,and the model of balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education based on big data thinking is formed.
