Research On The Phenomenon Of Students' Rejection Of Uniform In Vocational School

With the rapid development of China's economy,and the Continuous progress in the cause of education,the educational function of school uniform has been attached importance to by the national education community;the promotion of school uniforms has also been steadily promoted.However,in secondary vocational school,the rejection of school uniforms by students occurs from time to time.There are also many forms of rejection of school uniforms,which is contrary to the original intention of the national uniform policy.Therefore,under the current situation,It is an important task for vocational education workers to make secondary vocational school students like and like to wear school uniforms,to make school uniforms better play their educational functions,and to make the management of school uniforms more standardized.On the basis of literature review,this paper takes the students of secondary vocational schools in Zhongshan City as the sampling object,and carries on the questionnaire and the interview investigation.Based on the investigation results and the cause analysis,some feasible and operational countermeasures are put forward.The article consists of four parts:the introduction part introduces the reason and significance of the research,and defined the relavent concepts.The author reviews the relevant literature,describes the educational function of the school uniform,and discusses the research ideas and methods.In the first chapter,taking Zhongshan of Guangdong Province as the research object,the author makes an investigation on the current situation of rejection of school uniforms among the students in three representative secondary vocational schools in Zhongshan City.The second chapter is based on the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interviews,analyzes and summarizes the five main causes of secondary vocational school students'rejection of school uniforms:school uniforms,students themselves,students' families,school education and education policies,and so on.The third chapter of the paper mainly discusses the feasible strategies to solve the problem of secondary vocational school students' rejection of school uniforms,including:1.improving the design of school uniforms,2.enhancing students' identity,3.providing financial support,4.strengthening education guidance,5.improving relevant policies.Finally is the conclusion,mainly to reflect on the research process,summarize the experience and lessons,for future researchers to learn from it.
