Language is the most important carrier for human to inherit civilization,the most common tool for human to exchange ideas and convey information,and also the link for people to develop interpersonal communication and maintain emotions.In the scene of education and teaching,teachers should use standardized teaching language to play a positive,positive,enlightening and thought-provoking role of language,so as to inspire students'minds,guide students to form correct outlook on life,values and aesthetics,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere,and effectively improve classroom teaching efficiency.To achieve the educational function to a great extent;to enable teachers themselves to enjoy the process of education while gaining a continuous sense of professional well-being,to enhance the overall image of the teacher community,so that the teacher profession can be widely recognized by the public.Unfortunately,in many rural areas of our country,limited by teachers'professional accomplishment,there are still a large number of teachers'speech anomie in the scene of educational and teaching activities,which seriously deviates from the correct track of education.Therefore,this topic takes rural junior middle school teachers as the research object,through on-the-spot listening and observation,combined with collective interviews and individual interviews,to explore the various manifestations of teachers'speech anomie behavior and the harm it brings,and then deeply analyze the causes of rural teachers'speech anomie behavior,and on this basis,try to provide feasibility for solving rural junior middle school teachers'speech anomie behavior.Suggestions,hoping to promote rural education to a more positive,civilized,harmonious and healthy direction.The study finds that in the practice of rural education and teaching,teachers'anomie behavior is common.According to empirical research,there are several types of rural teachers'language anomie:hypothetical,comparative derogatory,sarcastic,reprimanding and threatening,overlooking command and other basic types.Each type has different manifestations,and has the following basic characteristics:harmfulness,randomness,diversity and so on.The study finds that the anomie of rural teachers'language not only greatly affects the communication between teachers and students,the relaxation of classroom atmosphere and the efficiency of classroom,but also has a far-reaching impact on students'cognitive development and mental health.For students,teachers'language anomie,on the one hand,can easily make students have negative emotional experience,reduce students'desire for knowledge;on the other hand,affect students'personality development.Some students who are injured by teachers'abnormal language have interpersonal barriers,which make it difficult to get along with others.They are silent,reserved,and even behave strangely.The interpersonal communication function is difficult to achieve normally.For teachers,the anomie of teachers'language not only reduces their professional well-being,but also damages the image of teachers themselves,and even has a negative impact on their schools,lowers the impression of schools in the public mind,damages the social image of the whole group of teachers,and makes the public question the sacredness of education.The study finds that there is a close relationship between rural teachers'mental health level,professional role recognition,educational professional accomplishment and language anomie.Firstly,teachers'mental health problems mainly include whether they have a relaxed and happy mood,whether they have an uplifting spirit,optimistic and humorous mood,and perseverance.Secondly,the common perceptions of teachers'profession are mainly manifested in different types of role conflicts,such as the conflict between social role models and the role of ordinary people;the conflict between enviable professions and the low status of teachers;the conflict between the roles of educators and researchers;the conflict between teachers'roles and family roles;and the conflict between teachers'role models and friends and partners.Teachers'own qualities are mainly manifested in their lack of modern educational awareness,basic theoretical knowledge of education and some teachers'lack of professional accomplishment.Therefore,the occurrence of anomie of teachers'language has a negative impact on both students and teachers themselves.It requires the joint efforts of educational administrative departments and teachers themselves to take effective measures to actively respond to it so as to make education develop in a more positive,civilized,harmonious and healthy direction.For the educational administrative departments,we need to pay attention to teachers'mental health,adjust teachers'role conflicts,improve teachers'professional quality and promote teachers'professional growth.For teachers themselves,they need to cultivate a sense of professional well-being,love education and enjoy the fun of work;care for and respect students,establish democratic,equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship;and be a model of teachers and teach according to law.
