Research On The Implementation Status, Problems And Improvement Of The Junior Middle School Moral Education Tutor System

School is the main channel for young people to carry out ideological and moral education.The implementation of the moral tutor system in middle schools of China is conducive to the deepening of the reform of the moral education model and the construction of a new pattern of all personnel education.As we all know,the work of teachers is dual,not only teaching,but also educating people.The new concept of education not only requires the teachers to impart knowledge to students,let them acquire knowledge and skills;but also integrates into the students as the identity of the participants.And teachers should reflect their personal charm in the activities and communication,display their strengths to the teacher’s own knowledge,words and deeds,imperceptibly to style,in order to guide students,infected students,so that they really become a teacher.In this dissertation the writer will carry out a research on the tutorial system for students’ development by taking H Middle School of Ningbo as an example with the related theories of pedagogy and psychology.From the perspective of schools,teachers,students and parents,we find out problems,analyze problems and solve problems in the case of H Middle School "Moral Education Tutorial System".The aim of the practice is to put forward concrete implementation steps and strategies on the one hand,improving the school management system and further creating modern campus with characteristics,on the other hand,through the analysis of the problems existing in the process of practice,and the accumulation of experience,it provides a basic research paradigm and practical guidance learnt by those schools in the same level.The essay describes and analyzes moral education tutorial system with five parts.Part one is introduction.In this part,the background and significance of choosing this topic is mainly introduced,clarifying the main content of research,emphases and difficulties and potential problems to be solved in a clear way.The second part mainly makes an in-depth study in topic-related literature of “tutorial system” and “moral education tutorial system” at home and abroad.The third part mainly deals with the exposition of the theories of “moral education tutorial system and the multiple intelligences theory”,“moral education tutorial system and Marx’s theory of communication” and “moral education tutorial system and aptitude theory” from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology,meanwhile it defines the concept of “tutor”,“tutorial system”,“moral education tutorial system” and their characteristics”.The fourth part is the core part of this essay,emphasizing the detailed discussion and practice research of the implementation steps and strategies of moral education tutorial system which is based on the example of H Middle School of Ningbo.It is divided into three aspects,namely school management,teachers and students level,then from different multi-angle such as positioning and functions of “moral guidance,academic tutoring,psychological counseling and life guidance,professional guidance”,it further establishes and improves education management mode,thus implementing the education effectiveness,which is also the innovation of this essay.The final part ends up with a multi-faceted questionnaire investigation and results analysis of the implementation of “moral education tutorial system” by taking H Middle School of Ningbo as an example in the hope of making it timely understand the operation process and its effect,and summarizing the valuable experience and reflection to provide reference for the similar schools.
