The quality of education is the lifeline of universities.With the reform and scale expansion of graduate education in China,the quality of graduate education has been paid more and more attention.How to objectively and accurately evaluate the quality of postgraduate education has become the most important task in China's current educational work.Learning engagement,as a key concept in the study of college students' learning and development,is of great value in exploring the quality of university education.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars have studied undergraduate learning engagement,and the methods in this field are becoming increasingly mature.However,the attention paid to graduate students' learning engagement,especially the influencing factors and mechanism of their learning engagement,was relatively insufficient,and the research results were limited.In view of this,based on the review and carding of the existing research results and related theories,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the concept of professional learning engagement,taking the professional learning engagement and its influencing factors as the research objects,and based on the review and combing of the existing research results and related theories.The influencing factors of possibility are screened,and the theoretical analysis model of graduate students' professional learning engagement is constructed,which provides the theoretical basis for the empirical research method in this paper.At the same time,the questionnaire is compiled on the basis of literature summary and theoretical analysis.The sample is taken as the survey object and the sample is taken as the survey object.The sample data are analyzed by statistical analysis,econometric model and other methods and tools.Through empirical analysis and statistical inference,this paper reveals the internal mechanism and action path of the engagement of master's graduate students' professional learning in our country.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first,on the whole,master students' professional learning engagement is in a good state,but learning planning and peer interaction need to be strengthened;second,the level of master students' professional learning outcomes level is relatively high,different aspects of the outcomes is not the same,of which the innovation ability of the outcomes is relatively low;third,there are significant differences in professional learning engagement among master's students with different undergraduate grades,learning motivation and graduation plans.If a master student has better undergraduate grade,stronger academic motivation and is interested in academic research,then his learning engagement level will be higher;fourth,classroom teaching is the main influencing factor of professional learning input,but the role of classroom teaching as the main channel is insufficient;fifth,tutors' guidance has a significant impact on professional learning engagement,and the academic exchanges between master students and tutors are still insufficient;sixth,academic atmosphere and institutional environment have a significant impact on professional learning engagement,a good academic atmosphere and supportive institutional conditions are conducive to promote learning engagement;seventh,learning attitude is the most prominent factor that affects the professional learning input,and plays an intermediary role in the process of the other variables influencing on the learning engagement;eighth,the expectation of development has a significant impact on the engagement of professional learning,and the individual of different master students has obvious difference in the expectation of development in the future.According to the specific investigation results and empirical analysis,combined with the current situation of postgraduate education in China,the countermeasures and suggestions were as follows.First,pay attention to the learning process of master students and introduce the evaluation mechanism of learning engagement.Second,improve the quality of professional classroom teaching and take the cultivation of innovative ability as the driving force.Third,perfect the construction of the tutor team,standardize the selection,assessment and evaluation of the tutor.Fourth,strengthen the communication between the master students and the tutor,and establish a good interaction mechanism between teachers and students.Fifth,to create a strong academic atmosphere,to build a supportive institutional environment.Sixth,to establish a diversified talent classification training system,to create a suitable growth environment for individuals with different development needs.Seventh,master students should correct learning attitude,as early as possible clear learning goals,reasonable planning of studies.
