Visual literacy,a newly kind of expansion of Chinese accomplishment,is inseparably interconnected with listening,speaking,reading,writing and other traditional Chinese qualities.With the emphasize of capacity to absorb,understand and apply visual information,it can be viewed from visual interpretation,cognition and application capacities.There's no delay to strengthen visual literacy education of senior high school students as it is in the digital era that students' lives are filled with massive visual cultural products.Given this,on the basis of teasing out previous research achievements,this thesis,by resorting to questionnaire survey and data analysis,conducted an analytical research from the perspective of times and Chinese class teaching.This thesis primarily sketched out productive thinking,semiotics,Gestalt psychology,multiple intelligence and other theories,which work as the theoretical basis of visual literacy calculation in senior high Chinese.Visual quality improvement contributes to the enhancement of middle school students' reading comprehension and information processing capacities and thinking quality.In digital era,an effective strategy for developing senior high school students' visual literacy can only be put forward via a basic acknowledgment of students' visual quality condition and,teachers' degree of recognition of visual quality,teaching methods in school,equipment condition and so on.Therefore,by setting students and teachers as respondents of questionnaire survey and interview can we have a comprehensive understanding of the general condition of cultivation of current senior high school students' Chinese visual quality.According to issues existing in visual literacy cultivation in school and fundamental conditions of senior high school students' Chinese class visual literacy,this thesis discussed cultivation principles of visual literacy,prioritized dynamic integration between visual literacy and Chinese discipline,and strengthened the importance of fostering a concept of utilizing visual resources in a proper way so as to put forward useful strategies to improve students' visual literacy.Firstly,teachers can create teaching situations to increase students' abilities of information perception and realization;secondly,students' information abstraction capacity can be improved by resorting to film and television resources;thirdly,information integration capacity can be strengthened via illusions in textbooks;fourthly,application and creation capacities can be lifted by acquisition of scenes of life.In brief,a great variety of information spreading methods in digital times have brought tremendous changes in people's ways of living,entertainment,studying,information dissemination and acquisition.How to obtain effective information resources and how to cultivate students' visual literacy so that they can catch,abstract,integrate and apply information more effectively become pressing tasks in front of us.
