"Education is the foundation".Education,as the "big country of the country and the grand plan of the party",is directly related to the training of socialist builders and successors,the establishment of a comprehensive well-off society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and has a fundamental and coordinating role in the development of social economy.Education should always be placed in the main strategic position of priority development.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the party committee and government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have attached great importance to the reform and development of education,and have continuously increased investment in education.The education industry has made remarkable achievements.The gap between education in county,urban and rural areas and schools has gradually narrowed,basically forming a situation in which rural teachers can "get down,stay,and teach well",and establish a relatively complete education system.The education industry has been fully developed.It guarantees the right of the people of Guangxi to receive education and provides favorable support and guarantee for the stable development of Guangxi's social economy."The people are the state,this is the solid state."
