With the development and progress of the times,the promotion of quality education is imperative.Since the founding of the Peopled Republic of China,music education in primary and secondary schools in China has made many achievements in the development process.Especially in recent years,aesthetic education has been listed as one of the important contents in educational policies.The music education has developed rapidly,the teaching staff has been expanded,the reserve force has increased,and the level has been greatly improved.In addition,the scientific research of music education has made great progress and has achieved many outstanding achievements.The intermational music education exchange activities have also increased.Besides,some music education ideas and teaching methods that can be used for reference from abroad have been systematically introduced,and the teaching methods have been enriched,improved and promoted.All of these have laid a good foundation for the development of music education in China.However,under the new historical conditions,the current music education evaluation system can no longer fully meet the requirements of the development of quality education.This situation restricts the development of music education in primary and secondary schools in China.Therefore,the reform of music education is imperative.In the Music Curriculum Standard of Full-time Compulsory Educationissued by the Ministry of Education,it is pointed out:"under the premise of reflecting the goal of quality education,the comprehensive evaluation mechanism shall be established with the realization of the values and basic goals of music curriculum as the starting point of evaluation."This shows that the perfection of the evaluation mechanism ofinusic education in primary and secondary schools is a requisite way and goal that shall be achieved to promote the reform of music education.Based on the analysis and study on the existing teaching quality evaluation mechanism of music classroom in JiujiangShuangfeng Primary School where the author taught in,this paper explores the practical and feasible improvement methods in practice according to the existing advantages and disadvantages and further tries to improve the teaching qualityevaluation mechanism.At the same time,it also provides a research direction for the establishment of a suitable teaching quality evaluation mechanism of music classroom for the primary schools in the whole Jiujiang area.In this paper,the framework is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly analyzed the current research status,methods and ideas of teaching evaluation mechanisms at home and abroad,clarified the direction,purpose and significance,as well as overviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad.The second part is the main body.Firstly,it conducted the research and analysis on the existing teaching quality evaluation of music classroom in Shuangfeng Primary School in Jiujiang City,and then tried to perfect the relevant mechanisms.Secondly,taking the teaching quality evaluation(evaluation form,questionnaire,etc.)currently being used in Shuangfeng Primary School as the research basis,and through multi-party research and investigation,it implemented the specific reforms on the weak links in the mechanism,and then recorded the results and gave the feedback.Finally,combining with the specific implementation process,it organized the feedback results,as well as conceived and forecasted the subsequent steps of the research.The third part is the conclusion.Through the analysis and research on the current teaching quality evaluation mechanism of music classroom in Shuangfeng Primary School in Jiujiang City,and according to the existing advantages and disadvantages,it explored the practical improvements in practice.It hopes that,the research in this paper can help to further promote and improve the teaching quality evaluation mechanism of Shuangfeng Primary School in Jiujiang City,and can provide the reference for building the suitable teaching quality evaluation mechanism of music classroom throughout Jiujiang City.
