Sharing is an important way to promote the development of education.Based on the background of insisting on sharing development in education and combining with the current situation of the development of chemistry teachers' education major in N University,this paper adopts the form of learning group formed by undergraduates and postgraduates to carry out teacher education curriculum learning,so as to promote the whole participation,the whole-process training and the all-round development of chemistry teachers' students,construct a new model of education and teaching reform under the concept of sharing development,solve such problems as lack of teachers,unbalanced and incomplete training of teaching skills,and imperfect curriculum design of teacher education.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the research overview.This part summarized the research background and purpose,research significance and methods,research ideas and content,and summarized the current situation of the research on education,the interactive learning of undergraduates interact with graduate student and the teaching skills training of normal university students under the concept of sharing development.The second part is the definition of core concepts and related theories.This part defined the core concepts of "shared development concept" "undergraduates interact with graduate student" "teaching skill cultivation",and summarized the relevant research theories such as "constructivism theory""monitorial system" "Barnes' AERP model",so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for further research on the "undergraduates interact with graduate student" learning model under the concept of shared development.The third part is the construction of the learning model of "undergraduates interact with graduate student,under the concept of sharing development.This part expounded the thinking of pattern construction,analyzed the relevant elements,and analyzed the training chelical teaching skills based on the course analysis.By studying the four aspects of guiding ideology,model program,model flow and model evaluation,the construction of the learning model of "undergraduates interact with graduate student" is completed.The fourth part is the implementation and evaluation of the learning mode of "undergraduates interact with graduate student".This part expounded the process of implementing the learning model of"undergraduates interact with graduate student" teacher education curriculum according to the model process,and evaluated the learning model of "undergraduates interact with graduate student" by personal interview and questionnaire.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.This part summarized the research process,drew the research conclusions and reflected on the shortcomings,and looked forward to the practical research in many aspects,such as the professional development of chemistry teacher education and the training of teaching skills of normal university students.Combining with the actual teaching environment,the construction and practice of the"undergraduates interact with graduate student" learning model not only solved the problem of insufficient teachers in the specialty of chemistry teacher education,but also provided the basis for improving the teacher education curriculum,supported the training of teaching skills of normal university students,and provided a platform for the cultivation of comprehensive ability of postgraduates.The study mode of "undergraduates interact with graduate student" provided a new idea for the reform of education and teaching,and has a good effect on the cultivation of normal university students and the construction of teacher education curriculum.It is expected to provide a reference for the reform of education and teaching of normal university students.
