Since the year 2020,China's higher education has realized the popularization.With the expansion of college enrollment,millions of college graduates enter the job market every year,resulting in the difficulty of finding jobs for college students has become a social concern.Among them,the "backbone plan" graduates' employment problem is more prominent,because of the "backbone plan" policy "orientation enrollment,orientation training,orientation employment" implementation principle,the employment difficulty phenomenon is more prominent.Employment quality as an important indicator of education policy implementation effect,the backbone program graduates employment quality directly affect the implementation of the "backbone plan" policy,by discussing the backbone program graduate level of individual career exploration and self-identity and development present situation,analysis the reasons of the existence of problems,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement are,finally guide "backbone project"measures to perfect the policy implementation process.Through literature research method,this study sorted out the domestic and foreign researches on the "backbone plan"policy,self-identity,career exploration,and the relationship between self-identity and career exploration,and mainly reviewed the literature from the two aspects of concept definition and related research.This study through the use of the Chinese revision of self-identity questionnaire(EOM-EIS-II)and career exploration scale questionnaire(CES),using SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 of 194 "key project" the graduate student's self-identity and career exploration of variance,correlation and regression analyses,using structural equation model statistical study of self-identity and career exploration-Through the research,it is found that there are significant differences in gender,age and grade in the self-identity and career exploration of "backbone program" postgraduates.Self-identity plays a mediating role in all or part of the relationship between demographic factors and career exploration and various dimensions.Based on the research results,through the analysis of the differences between variables,the study found that the education authorities in the whole process of the implementation of the "backbone plan" policy there is a lack of policy publicity,employment guidance role,by improving the system construction,strengthening the supervision and management,improve the construction of the employment information platform to improve.Due to the problems such as the lack of pertinence in teaching form and content and the unreasonable enrollment of majors,universities and colleges should optimize the teaching management process and specialty setting.Social enterprises lack the understanding of the "backbone plan" policy,treat all kinds of graduates objectively and fairly,and give them fair employment opportunities.
