Connotation and the goal of higher vocational education determines the status of practice teaching in higher vocational education, the practice teaching quality determines the quality of its personnel training. Young teachers as the main force of teaching in higher vocational colleges, the level of the ability of practice teaching for training high level skilled, technology applied talents plays an important role, is also the key to the quality of higher vocational colleges. Efforts to improve the practical teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, is an important mission of face in the future. Research on existing problems in practical teaching capability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges and analyze the causes, find the countermeasure and the suggestion of ascension to promote their ability of practice teaching is an important task in front of higher vocational colleges.This study first uses the literature research and questionnaire research. Literature research mainly collected material at home and abroad in recent years about the practical teaching capability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, through carding, analysis, summarized the literature theory support for this research.Questionnaire method is mainly has chosen six higher vocational colleges in Shandong province, research on the practical teaching capability of young teachers,analyze its existing problems, including: practical teaching experience is insufficient,can’t satisfy the teaching needs; Practice teaching design lag, lack of professional knowledge reserves; Practice teaching skills, single teaching mode; Practical teaching evaluation ability is not high, does not pay attention to teaching reflection; Self development, training will is not strong.In the second part, aiming at the problems above, the analysis and find out the influence factors of the practical teaching capability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. From young teachers themselves, schools and society three Angle sums up the influence factors of practical teaching capability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. From the point of view of young teachers themselves, the main influencing factors are: education concept, knowledge structure and pressure;From the school point of view, the main influencing factors are: schools evaluation system,the cultivation mechanism and campus culture atmosphere; From a social perspective, the main influencing factors are: education laws, regulations and policies,capital investment, The participation of enterprises.In the third part, aiming at the problems above and its influencing factors, put forward feasible suggestions from the young teachers, schools and society in three aspects. Young teachers own ascension strategy include changing education idea,improve teachers’ knowledge; To strengthen the teaching reflection and accelerate the development of teachers; Perfect knowledge structure, sets up the lifelong education idea. Schools promote measures include perfecting evaluation system, improve the teaching efficiency; And improve the mechanism of school culture, to improve training effect; Establish incentive mechanism, improve teachers’ ability; To create a good environment, build harmonious organizational culture. The government of the safeguard measures including setting and improve the education policies and regulations and provide institutional guarantee; Increase capital investment, to provide resource guarantee; Give play to the role of industry enterprise guidance, young teachers learning channels.
