This is not only a change in the name of the textbook,but also a great change in the arrangement structure of the system within the textbook,which is one of the highlights of the new textbook.In the arrangement of teaching materials,the column "exploring and sharing"runs through the whole teaching material,which is an important link in the ideological and moral education and the rule of law education for junior middle school students."Inquiry and share" column through a variety of case settings,such as situational experience,point of view discrimination,perfect information and other ways to expand students' thinking,behavior guidance,so as to initially cultivate junior high school students'awareness of the rule of law,explore the fine.God,the concept of rule of law,to realize the macro-sense of political identity and practice.There is no doubt that the"probe and share"column matches the objectives of the new curriculum reform.On the one hand,it can further optimize the curriculum form,adopt the way of"activity content",and re-construct the new embedded curriculum form.On the other hand,it can renew and perfect the teaching mode,and open a way for morality and rule of law to be integrated into the classroom.This research is divided into three parts.The first part gives a general explanation of the setup of the column"Exploration and sharing",and then makes five specific analyses,including quantitative analysis,type analysis,question analysis,characteristic analysis and function analysis,on the basis of which,the author makes a detailed analysis of five aspects,including quantitative analysis,type analysis,question analysis,characteristic analysis and function analysis.This part of the analysis of the use of a large number of words,for the third part of the teacher's use of teaching advice to pave the way.In the second part,the author tries to put forward the shortcomings of compiling the contents of"Inquiry and share"column,mainly including three aspects:the lack of scientific part of the case materials,the lack of validity of part of the questions,Some columns intersect with other columns.In particular,there are only a few places in which there are some deficiencies in the setting of this column,which does not mean that the author denies the value of the column setup.On the contrary,the author clarifies the value of this part in the function of the first part.The third part is the foothold of this research,that is to say,it provides practical suggestions for the teaching use of the "Inquiry and share"column.This teaching material is carefully compiled by various experts and scholars,and through careful examination by the Ministry of Education,it shows that it is scientific.The teaching suggestions given by the author here are formed on the basis of a certain questionnaire analysis.Hope to provide some reference advice to the teachers of the vast number of front-line teaching.First of all,teachers should attach importance to the column value,in-depth mining column related teaching resources,in this process also should constantly improve their own legal literacy,to be a model of students'rule of law education;secondly,to clarify the column of teaching materials The purpose principle,the adaptability principle,the openness principle and the principle of keeping pace with the times.On this basis,the author reorganizes the experience and the column"Exploration and sharing"to overcome the limitations of some cases.Finally,in the process of teaching,teachers need to change the teaching methods,use different teaching modes according to the teaching situation,and bring the value of the case into full play.
