The course of "Morality and the Rule of Law" is closely connected with life.There are six different columns designed in the new textbook,among which the column of "inquiry and sharing" is the most characteristic column,which provides new ideas for teachers' classroom teaching and creates a good situation for students' inquiry and learning.This column designs topics based on the perplexities and contradictions encountered in the process of students' growth,and guides students to improve their moral cultivation and legal accomplishment by carrying out extensive moral discussion and legal study.A thorough study of this column is not only an inevitable requirement of new teaching materials,but also a beneficial attempt to improve teaching quality.The application of this column can enhance the effectiveness of education and has a positive significance to the cultivation of all-round development of the new people of The Times.To better play out in "morality and the rule of law" class "to explore and share" educational function,improving the efficiency of the use of the program,this paper through the literature method,classroom observation,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and other methods,A high school in liuzhou region of guangxi zhuang autonomous region and shandong weifang D middle school has carried on the research analysis,And from the column use of related overview,column analysis,column use of the status quo,column use strategy four parts of the study.This paper by Marx theories about person's full scale development,General Secretary Xi Jinping of education's important as theoretical guidance,such as from the implementation of khalid ents basic task,the implementation of the curriculum standard and achieve the teaching goal analysis of the necessity of its use,and distribution of "exploring and sharing",the function of the column,column type and the characteristic of the column are analyzed.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and classroom observation and analysis,it is concluded that the program of "inquiry and sharing" has achieved good results in the aspects of students' willingness to participate,the frequency of teachers' application of the program,and the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality.However,it also faces the main problems of classroom effectiveness to be improved,poor participation effect of students,column materials to be integrated.The main reasons for the existence of these problems include teachers' classroom control ability to be improved,students' column participation ability to be improved,column design has some imperfection.In view of the problems existing in the use of the column of "inquiry and sharing",this paper puts forward the use strategies of the column of "inquiry and sharing" in the middle school "morality and rule of law" from the following three aspects: in the integration and optimization of the column use,through a reasonable selection of columns,efficient integration of columns;Develop teaching resources and enrich column materials;Optimize the content of the column,adapt the application according to the need and other measures to improve the application effect of the column.In terms of the design and optimization of student guidance,the classroom atmosphere can be ignited by improving class participation.Optimize activity design and guide exploration activities;Improve the evaluation mechanism,give play to the incentive function and other ways to improve students' ability to participate.In the aspect of teacher teaching training and promotion,through strengthening teacher training,clear education mission;Selection of teaching methods to improve classroom effectiveness;Teachers guide appropriately and play a leading role;To design problem gradient and implement individualized teaching strategies to effectively improve teachers' column application skills.
