"Problem students" are a class of students whose high school ideological and political teachers are difficult to avoid in education and daily management.They are the negative influences of family,school,and society.Their own development deviates from the mainstream value norms of schools and society,and thus special education individuals or groups that need help.The high school ideological and political course is a course for cultivating socialist citizens who conform to the mainstream values of society and promote social development.High school ideological and political teachers are important media and carriers for conveying mainstream thoughts and ideological and moral norms to students.In the”Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities in the New Situation",the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have proposed adhering to the principle of "all-round education,full-time education,and all-round education."At present,it is particularly important to implement the spirit of this document and implement the requirements for quality education to promote studentsr all-round development,all development,and individual development.It is particularly important to promote the free and comprehensive development of each student.For students who are temporarily behind development or deviating from development,it is necessary to strengthen education guidance and help.It is undoubtedly the responsibility of the majority of teachers.Only in this way can we effectively implement the Party,s 18th National Congress,"Lide the Tree is the guiding principle of the fundamental task of education."This paper cuts through the level of high school ideological and political teachers,analyzes and summarizes the long-term experience of high school ideological and political teachers in helping students with "problem students",especially analyzing the existing problems and causes,and proposes the principles and strategies for improvement.It is divided into three parts to discuss:The thesis first discusses the connotation and necessity of the "problem students" in the education of high school ideological and political teachers.This part mainly defines the high school "problem students"'clarifies its nature and boundaries,and explains the specific connotation of the "problem students" in the education of high school ideological and political teachers,and from the studentsr growth,class building,and the goal of the curriculum.Three aspects discuss the necessity of the current high school ideological and political teacher education to help "problem students".The paper focuses on the analysis of the current high school ideological and political teacher education to help "problem students" still have,"dare to manage","unwilling to manage","do not manage","poor management" and many other issues.The reasons are manifold,but the summary is mainly due to both internal and external reasons.From the perspective of external factors,high school ideological and political teacher education helps "problem students" lack the necessary educational basis,and there is no rule to follow,no evidence can be relied upon;from the internal point of view,it is mainly due to the lack of high school ideological and political teachers'educational ability.The lack of awareness of educating people and the lack of understanding of"problem students" have led to the dilemma of not being able to help education.On this basis,the paper puts forward four basic principles and four basic strategies for the education of high school ideological and political teachers to help "problem students".The high school "problem student" is a systematic and complete life individual.To realize the education help,we need to respect the students equally and adhere to the principle of starting from the whole.At the same time,we must rationally recognize that the education of "problem students" has long-term and repetitive nature and must adhere to the principle of gradual progress.Based on the above principles,starting from both internal and external aspects,it is necessary to improve the cultivating responsibilities and educating abilities of ideological teachers,and establish and improve the institutional system and working mechanism of education to transform "problem students".The author transforms the "problem students" from the high school ideological and political teacher education into the necessity of the problem,the current situation and reasons of the education,and proposes countermeasures based on the reasons.I hope that there will be some inspiration and help for the educational transformation of the "problem students".
