Study On Problems And Strategies Of Innovative Teaching And Study Management In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the new development of society and economy,China's vocational education has entered a new stage of development.Teaching and study has also been paid more and more attention in vocational schools.It plays an important role in improving the teaching level of vocational education,promoting the quality of personnel training and giving full play to social services,and the level of teaching and study is one of the important criteria for the core competitiveness of vocational schools.However,because of the late start of teaching and stduy in vocational schools,there are still many shortcomings in its management:first,the management thinking of teaching and study is backward;second,the management mechanism of teaching and study is rigid;third,the construction of teaching and study management team is insufficient;fourth,the management informationization degree of teaching and study needs to be strengthened.If these problems are not paid attention to and improved,it will inevitably affect the core competitiveness of the schools,and will also have a negative impact on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country and the local.Therefore,it is imperative to explore and seek strategies for teaching and study management in vocational schools.This paper sorts out the relevant study literature in recent years,summarizes and analyses the problems existing in the teaching and study management of vocational schools in China.Taking S secondary vocational school as an example,it summarizes the problems that need to be solved urgently in the teaching and study management,analyses the causes of these problems and explores the basic ways to improve the management level of teaching and study in this school.Finally,it puts forward the innovative strategies for teaching and study management of S secondary vocational school.The author believes that under the background of Industry-Education-Research as well as the social and economic development in the new era,the innovative management for teaching and study in vocational schools should establish the people-oriented thinking,and explore the strategies to solve problems in teaching and study management with modern management ideas,so as to improve the level of teaching and study in vocational schools,enhance their core competitiveness,strengthen the cooperation on Industry-Education-Research between schools and enterprises,and promote the coordination of teaching study and personnel training.Under the background of the new era,the management thinking of teaching and study should be changed to stimulate the development of vocational schools.To innovate the management mechanism of teaching and study in vocational schools,it is necessary to establish the funding guarantee mechanism,teaching and study management mechanism,process control mechanism and multiple incentive mechanism that are in line with the current social reality and the actual situation of various specialties.The construction of teaching and study management team should be strengthened to serve the national economic development in the new era.The informationization level of teaching and study management should be improved to greatly promote the level of innovative teaching and study management in vocational schools.
