Social Work Involved In The Design And Operation Of Commercial Building Governance

The party first proposed the term "Community Governance" in the report of the 18th Communist Party of China(CPC)national congress.Subsequently,in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC central committee and the fifth plenary session,it was required to strengthen social governance innovation and gradually refining it.At the 19th CPC national congress,the focus of governance began to shift down to the grass-roots level.It can be seen that,as a grassroots organization in Chinese cities,community governance has been received more and more attention.In recent years,with the development of economy,the improvement of the level of urbanization,and the continuous improvement of society,the number of enterprises in city is increasing,but due to the limited land resources of the city,many commercial buildings have appeared in urban communities.Commercial building is a kind of space carrier to introduce tertiary industry and promote economic development through leasing and selling buildings.Since commercial buildings are a kind of public space resources,in most buildings,there will be some contradictions between property companies and enterprises,enterprises and enterprises,employees and employees in terms of public space use,property management and building environment.Employees of different enterprises have a little communication with each other,they have any public awareness of the buildings and the atmosphere is indifferent.As a part of the community,business buildings are also an important territory for economic development.It is necessary to improve the situation in commercial buildings and carry out building management through professional methods.The paper mainly research the process of community social work involved in commercial building management process.Taking the "Red Housekeeper Public Welfare Alliance" project of Dagongqiao community in Yichang as a case,through case analysis method and interview method to discuss the problems happened in Jinjiangyinzuo commercial building of Dagongqiao community.The problem existing in the governance of commercial buildings,combined with the professional technical methods of community social work,describe the process of community work involved in commercial building governance in detail,analyze and summarize the changes brought about by the community social work involved in commercial buildings.It is found that community involvement in commercial building governance has some effects,such as innovative grassroots party building model,mobilizes the enthusiasm of building employees,enhances the public welfare responsibility of building enterprises,creates a good atmosphere for buildings,condenses the resources and strength of buildings,and improves the professionalism of community workers.Moreover,it also would promote important functions such as cooperation between companies in the commercial building and the development of the building economy and regional economy.Finally,the paper concludes that community social work involvement in business building governance is a new road to social governance and has a certain effect.
