Research On The Integration Of Social Work Into Community Party Building In The New Era

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the accelerating process of urbanization and modernization,China has made remarkable achievements in various fields such as economy,politics and culture.However,at the same time,new social contradictions are also emerging,the needs of the people are increasingly diversified,various livelihood problems are gradually prominent,and grassroots work begins to face new challenges.According to the report of the 20 th CPC National Congress,Party building in urban communities should be strengthened and community-level governance should be guided by Party building.In view of relevant problems,in the process of social governance at the grassroots level,it is necessary to take the needs of the people as the basis,promote professional social work into the community party building work in the new era,and provide professional,refined and diversified services for the community Party building work in the new era.The purpose of this study is to study the application path,method and mechanism of social work in community party building in the new era,strive to achieve the goal of "the last kilometer" of community party building in the new era,and promote the effective integration of party building and community social work by using professional social work methods,building social co-governance platform,integrating party building resources,etc.We will raise the level of community Party building in the new era.Thus expand the ideas of community party building work,innovate the methods of community party building work,enhance the appeal and effectiveness of community Party building work in the new era.And in this process,further explore the path of "Sinicization" transformation of social work profession,and open up new ideas for the "Sinicization" of social work profession.This paper adopted the method of field investigation,unstructured interview and questionnaire survey,and conducted interviews and investigations on H community,H Community Party and Mass Service Center,H Community Party branch secretary,H community staff and H community Party members,etc.,to further understand the specific development of the integration of social work into community party building in the new era.Explain from the perspective of overall governance,and analyze the specific work content and actual work effect of H community.In view of the above problems,in the promotion of the new trend of "co-construction,co-governance and co-sharing social governance community",it is necessary to take the community party organization as the link and link the community neighborhood committee,social workers,social organizations,community volunteers and community residents and other governance subjects,so as to further promote the integration of social work into the community party building work in the new era.Based on this situation,this study will use the conceptual framework of "holistic governance" to discuss the integration of social work into community party building in the new era in more detail.
