Research On The Practice Of Integrating Social Work Into Community Party Construction

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the community grassroots have gradually moved from "unified management" to "pluralistic governance".With the transformation of the grassroots governance model,community governance needs to adapt to the new situation and solve new problems.For a long time,in community governance,party organizations have played an irreplaceable role,the construction of service-oriented grass-roots party organizations to meet the needs of grass-roots social governance.The need for new methods and new concepts,and the core of social work is "helping people to help themselves".The integration of professional social work help to promote the innovation of community party building and to improve community governance.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to integrate the concepts and methods of professional social work into community party building work,so as to explore a goal of achieving community governance through party building innovation.Based on the author’s internship experience at the Social Work Station of J Street in Guangzhou,this paper takes the "Hongnuan Jingxi" project as the research object,observing the implementation process of the "Hongnuan Jingxi" party building project through online questionnaire,unstructured interview method and etc.Author tries to explore how to use social work methods to combine community party building with community governance,and promote the good development of community governance by promoting community party building.First of all,this paper analyzes the relevant background and academic basis of the research,laying a solid foundation for the development of related research;secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the integration of social work into the community party building,and shows the changes and improvements in community party building and community governance before and after the implementation of the project through the practical analysis system;finally,based on the development and summary of practical practice,the path of social work integration into community party building is summarized,so as to propose a feasible path.The study found that the integration of professional social work methods and concepts into community party building and the promotion of the creation in community service-oriented party organizations are conducive to the innovation and transformation of community governance methods on the one hand,and broaden the field for the localization of social work on the other hand;through the general summary of the party building project,it is found that the paths for social work to integrate into community party building work from the perspective of governance areas follows.First,to shape the brand and use the party building brand,we drive social work to take root;Second,to lead the phoenix and build a nest and cultivate a high-quality party building social work team;Third,to open source and divert water,we choose advocate the joint participation of many parties;Fourth,it is to improve the system and provide institutional guarante;Fifth,we trend to integrate the concept to promote community party building innovation with professionalism.
