Study On The Path Of Migrant Workers' Employment From The Perspective Of Industrial Structure Adjustment In Hohhot

The adjustment of industrial structure is an important subject for the development of economy in various countries.The purpose of adjusting and establishing a reasonable industrial structure is to promote the development of economy and society and to improve the material and cultural life of the people.As a new type of labor force emerging in the process of urbanization,migrant workers have become an important part of Chinese industrial workers and have made great contributions to China modernization construction.The adjustment of industrial structure is an inevitable phenomenon of economic development and has a decisive influence on regional economic development.The work of migrant workers is directly related to the development of rural economy and the increase of income.The problem can seriously affects the process and quality of industrial structure adjustment,and relates to the overall situation of economic and social development,which must be attached great attention.Through theoretical analysis and investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of Hohhot industrial structure and migrant workers.The results show that:(1)In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy of Hohhot has developed rapidly,and the industrial structure has gradually evolved towards rationalization and upgrading.In 2018,the GDP of Hohhot City increased to 290.35 billion yuan,the tertiary industry was developing the largest main economic property with proportion of 68.67%.(2)With the development of industrialization,the labor force structure of Hohhot is gradually non-agricultural,but it still lags behind the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure to a certain extent.The reason is because the labor force employment quality is not high,the high-precision talent is seriously lack.As a majority of the labor force,the level of human capital of migrant workers is generally low.At the same time,there are some problems,such as lower wage level,poor working environment,general professional development environment,low level of protection of rights and interests,unclear career planning in the future,and so on,(3)The industrial structure and employment structure of the three industries in Hohhot are not coordinated,especially the supply and demand of labor force in the tertiary industry and primary industry.And for Hohhot,which is dominated by modern service industry and other tertiary industries.Under the current environment of industrial structure adjustment in our country,the employment path choice of migrant workers and the guidance of relevant policies are particularly important.
