In recent years,with the continuous development of the socialist market economy,the social values have become increasingly diversified and complicated,and many new problems have arisen in respect of teachers and the importance of teaching.The dignity status of teachers,even the basic legitimate rights and interests,has been severely challenged.Therefore,the study on the protection of teachers 'rights and interests has become an urgent task.It's urgent.This research chooses the teachers of two junior middle schools and four primary schools in ZC city as the research object,focusing on the protection of their rights and interests in school management.On the basis of previous studies,this study will comprehensively understand the current situation of the "rights and interests protection" of primary and secondary school teachers in school management,analyze the main reasons behind this phenomenon,explore the improvement measures for primary and secondary school teachers to safeguard their rights and interests,and then provide a preliminary basis for China.Establishing and improving the protection mechanism of teachers' rights and interests can provide targeted reference to promote the healthy development of education in China.This questionnaire survey is mainly for the full-time teachers of two junior middle schools and four primary schools in the urban area of ZC.186 valid questionnaires were collected.On the basis of the previous questionnaire survey,a total of six teachers participated in the interview survey.The survey concluded that:(1)Teachers 'understanding and attention to their legitimate rights and interests is insufficient;the status of the protection of teachers' rights and interests is unsatisfactory,and there is still much room for improvement;the most serious violation of teachers' rights and interests is the violation of personal dignity and professional autonomy;teachers' rights and interests are mainly infringed by students and school leaders;teachers' rights and interests are mainly infringed by students and school leaders;teachers' rights and interests are In order to reduce the infringement of rights and interests,teachers will take passive and passive preventive measures.(2)At present,the main problems of the protection of teachers' rights and interests lie in the fact that teachers' personal dignity and personal safety can not befully guaranteed,teachers' professional autonomy has been infringed to a certain extent,and the appeal channels for the protection of teachers' rights and interests are not smooth.(3)The influencing factors of the protection of teachers' rights and interests mainly lie in social factors,supervisory factors,school factors,parents factors,students factors and teachers' own factors.The main reasons lie in the actions of the administrative departments of education,the perfection of the educational laws and regulations,the choice of the visual angle of the news media,the frustrated ability of the students themselves,and the social expectation of teachers' multiple roles.According to the conclusion of the investigation,in view of the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of primary and secondary school teachers and the existing problems and causes,the study puts forward professional countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the protection of teachers' rights and interests.Include:(1)Enhancing the effective strength of legal protection of teachers 'rights and interests;(2)Perfecting the institutional mechanism of democratic management in schools;(3)Creating a positive media environment for respecting teachers and emphasizing education;(4)Forming a harmonious relationship between home-school cooperation and common education.
