Family-school cooperation is a two-way process in which parents participate in school education,understand,cooperate and support each other with educators.Family cooperation and support for the development of school education plays a vital role,especially in the junior high school stage,the quality of Family-school cooperation directly affects the effectiveness of school education.Therefore,to actively carry out the research on Family-school cooperation,explore the improvement measures,and promote the development of Family-school cooperation has become an important issue in the current junior middle school education research.In order to fully present the current situation of Family-school cooperation in junior high schools,find out the existing problems and analyze the deep-seated reasons behind the problems,this study combs the relevant research on Family-school cooperation and development in China.A questionnaire survey was conducted with students,parents and teachers of six junior high schools in Zhu City.Some parents and teachers were interviewed at the same time.The results show that the overall situation of Family-school cooperation in junior high school is good,and parents' satisfaction with Family-school cooperation is on the middle level.At the same time,parents' cognition,participation,management and other aspects of Family-school cooperation also exist to varying degrees of problems,specific performance of the organization of Family-school cooperation is lax,single channel,narrow content,disharmonious relationship,one-way-oriented approach,lack of management institutions.The factors that cause these problems can be analyzed from the macro level,the meso level and the micro level.At the macro level,it includes economic and social development,policy system and traditional culture.At the meso level,it includes family factors,school factors and students' own factors.At the micro level,it includes cognitive motivation,self-efficacy,social organizational inertia,psychological defense mechanism and communication mediation effect.In view of the above problems and influencing factors,this study puts forward countermeasures for future family education.The specific contents are: Improve the organization construction,enhance the management level of home and school;absorb community participation,construct multiple communication channels;reform the evaluation model,expand the content of Family-school cooperation;create an integrated atmosphere,optimize the relationship between family and school;strengthen the main capacity,increase the interaction between family and school;strengthen legislative supervision and perform the responsibilities of the competent departments.
