In New Curriculum Reform,how to motivate students' interest and motion of self-learning is an important topic at the elementary education stage nowaday.The new teaching modes based on flipped classroom have more advantages than traditional ones,such as the school-family flipped classroom in a middle school in Bejing and the school–school flipped classroom in a middle school in Chongqing.However,problems also exist,for example,students cannot be supervised when they are on the Internet alone,the doubts cannot be answered in time when they work on self-directed learning,fewer students can take part in the activities in class,and the time in class is badly wasted.In order to promote students' personalized learning and to make the most of their school time to study efficiently,this paper proposes a mode called ‘Three Aims and Seven Steps' to avoid the mentioned problems above.The main research results are as follows.1.A framework of the mode of ‘Three Aims and Seven Steps' is established based on the theory of Bloom,Pyramid and the constructivist learning.Three Aims mean that students are a main body of study,teachers are playing a leading role and the personalized learning is a main mission.Seven Steps mean that the classroom teaching includes seven essential requirements.Among these,student' self-learning is the most important,human-computer interaction platform is a necessary function to be provided and assignment,level-teaching and multi-evaluation are basic guarantee for realizing the above aims.2.With the teaching experiments and samples,the teaching scene records,surveys for students and teachers and students' achievements are analyzed according to the data the network platform offered.Each step is improved in the above mode.3.Taking the ‘love-learning' net-school as an implement,two classes are chosen to compare in aspect of this mode and traditonal one.The experimental period is taken as one semester.The relative analyses are made according to the compared results of the mid-term and end-term examinations,respectively,between two modes.The practical results show that this mode can promote students to learn better by their case.The students have more confident during learning math.It also provides a new way and a method for classroom teaching,and it can efficiently supervise studentsduring their online learing.The doubts can be answered in time when students watch the micro-course.More students can take an active part in class,and their learning habits can be improved also.In a word,this mode can have a great promotion for students of middle and lower levels.
