On January 25,2017,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Finance,the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Implementing Measures for Promoting the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines(Interim)."The "Double-class" construction was officially launched.On October 18,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that:" A strong youth leads to a strong country,Youth generation is equipped with ideals,abilities and responsibilities,which make our country full of future and our nation full of hope."The construction of "double first-class" is an important educational reform made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in order to improve the level of education development and strengthen the national strength in the new era.Universities and colleges should attach great importance to it and constantly explore the vigorous cultivation of College Students'sense of social responsibility,so as to urge them to strive hard to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date and truly realize the "Chinese dream".Objective:This study is to investigate the problem of College Students'social responsibility education in the process of "double-class" construction in personnel training in China.Specifically,on the basis of domestic and foreign research,through the investigation of College Students' social responsibility in four universities in Nanning City,Guangxi,and investigate the influencing factors of contemporary college students' social responsibility by interviews and other methods to puts forward practical countermeasures for Cultivating college students'sense of responsibility.METHODS:Quantitative analysis method was used to conduct a random sampling of undergraduate students from four universities in Nanning,Guangxi,by means of paper questionnaires and filling out "questionnaire stars" on the internet.Empirical research was carried out by distributing the questionnaire" Social Responsibility Questionnaire for College Students in Nanning City under the Background of'Double First Class".A total of 623 questionnaires were distributed,and effective questions were finally received.Volume 601,the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 95%.The questionnaires collected were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software for reliability and validity,descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis.The social responsibility awareness,social responsibility identity,social responsibility behavior and national responsibility,school responsibility,family responsibility,others'responsibility and self-responsibility between first-class universities or first-class disciplines construction universities and ordinary universities in Nanning,Guangxi were analyzed.The differences between them are analyzed and discussed.Result:(1)College students in Nanning have a higher degree of recognition,recognition and behavior towards national responsibility,learning responsibility,family responsibility,others'responsibility and self-responsibility.(2)There is no significant difference in the sense of national responsibility and social responsibility between Nanning first-class universities or first-class disciplines construction universities and ordinary universities,both of which are relatively high.(3)There are significant differences in school responsibility,family responsibility,other people's responsibility,social responsibility,social responsibility identity and social responsibility behavior between first-class universities or first-class disciplines construction colleges and universities in Nanning.The first-class universities or first-class disciplines construction universities in Nanning are significantly higher than those in ordinary universities.Based on the author's empirical research and the findings of this study,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures after analyzing the current situation of College Students'sense of social responsibility in Nanning City of Guangxi under the background of"double first-class":1.National government level.Return to the essence of University and foucs on training talented person.Colleges and universities conform to the"double first-class" policy,can not all focus on scientific research,thus ignoring personnel training.Only by cultivating all-round excellent college students willing to take responsibility,can we really implement quality education,which is related to the success or failure of the "double-first-class" construction.We should set up moral models and strengthen the positive guidance of public opinion.The state should strengthen the supervision of the media,resist the spread of vulgar information on the Internet,and attach importance to the power of demonstration and example,so as to strengthen the positive guidance for college students.2.School level.Pay attention to the education of social responsibility,perfect the content system of school responsibility education,cultivate first-class talents,strengthen the construction of campus culture,promote some positive and excellent sense of responsibility and values,carry out more public welfare activities,etc.,and improve teachers' professional ethics and literacy.3.Family level.Parents should optimize the family environment,improve their moral responsibility cultivation and responsibility ability.Parents have the responsibility and obligation to create a harmonious and healthy family atmosphere for their children.4.Self-level.College students should be grateful.After enjoying the help from the state,schools and others,they should learn to repay others and society.They should have a sense of responsibility for themselves,communicate more with their peers and teachers,and be responsible for their own lives and studies.
