Under the key link of knowledge accumulation and personality formation, college students experience from simple school life to complex interpersonal society, and individual behaviors gradually become immature to steady, from ignorant ignorance to handy. However, the reality is worrying. The campus tragedies that occur due to interpersonal obstacles are everywhere.Campus safety issues have become a hot topic in society. How to pay attention to the interpersonal problems of disadvantaged students, improve interpersonal skills, and become a new era of higher education. There is an unavoidable problem.Only by solving the interpersonal problems of college students can we reduce the occurrence of campus tragedies, increase campus security, and build a socialist harmonious campus. Each era has the characteristics of each era.As a new era of college students, they have obvious characteristics of the times since birth, paying more attention to the emotional burst;they are in the midst of the great wave of reform and opening up,and the country's economic development is constantly Enhance, relatively more resources,a larger platform, more diverse means, more ways of communication and communication, more life, and open. However, due to the urban-rural dual structure of college students, there is a clear gap between urban and rural college students, and there are significant differences in the motivation, scope and psychology of communication.Any lack of behavior has a psychological barrier to follow, which is more closely related to the influence of the native family. In order to solve the problem of interpersonal obstacles in college students,it is necessary to understand the family's mechanism of action on college students in order to guide them. There are many research results on interpersonal communication among collegestudents. Most of the research results focus on the investigation of current status, problems and influencing factors, while the characteristics of interpersonal communication are less. Most scholars pay little attention to family background factors in the research process, and pay more attention to the factors of college students and the factors of school environment. Most studies tend to measure the interpersonal skills of college students through questionnaires, and rarely combine quantitative and qualitative interviews. This paper studies the interpersonal skills of college students through family capital, and conducts quantitative and qualitative interviews to find the relevance and difference between the two,and provides corresponding guidance for college students with weak interpersonal relationships. The research center of this paper mainly focuses on family capital and interpersonal skills.Through continuous testing and adjustment, the family capital is finally summarized into family economic capital, family social capital, family cultural capital, and interpersonal ability is summarized as interpersonal adaptability and interpersonal ability.Developmental capacity and interpersonal sustainability. The self-compiled "Family Capital and College Students Interpersonal Competency Questionnaire"(Chinese version)is used as a survey tool, and in the form of an online questionnaire, undergraduate students from major universities across the country are surveyed through the distribution of the students' own differential patterns. The analysis shows that:(1)The sample of the surveyed subjects shows that the interpersonal skills of Chinese college students are at the upper-middle level, but some students are still in a weak state of interpersonal development;(2)the results of the differential analysis show that different students There are significant differences in the interpersonal skills of college students in different grades and different majors;(3)Correlation analysis results show that there is a positive correlation between family capital and interpersonal skills of college students, among which the maternal education level in family cultural capital The impact of interpersonal skills is most prominent.Aiming at the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper proposes tostrengthen the social support for college students with low family capital levels.First of all,it is necessary not only to give economic assistance to the economy, but also to provide the students with the “exemption fee,the fee-free fee,and the gradual subsidy for the living expenses of the boarding students” for the poor families in the rural compulsory education stage.A series of economic compensation systems for loans, exemptions and diligences;secondly, optimizing family education and strengthening benign interactions. The parents of college students, especially the parents of the disadvantaged class, must start from their own, start from small things, work hard, live a serious life, cultivate a correct view of money for their children, and promote the disadvantaged class to learn from the superior class and join the home school.Cooperative teams work hard to help children grow, promote their all-round development, achieve class mobility, and provide children with a democratic and warm living environment to avoid falling into a bad cycle. Finally, establish a personal information file model to strengthen the guidance of problem students.Close attention should be paid to the original family, the relevant family information files should be established, and the problems of the original family should be found in time to find out the unfavorable factors, and then guide the students to develop in a positive and optimistic direction.
