The topic of teacher professional growth has always been the focus of attention in the field of teacher education at home and abroad.Under the background of the information age,the basic education reform puts forward higher requirements for the professional level of teachers.The rapid development of the times has made the whole society's appeal to excellent teachers more and more intense.Therefore,in the face of this severe challenge,the fundamental strategy is to start from the source and strengthen the cultivation of outstanding teachers in the future.Secondly,the professional growth process of first-line teachers is used as a model to refine effective experience for ordinary young teachers who are struggling in the front line.Useful growth inspiration.The primary education stage is the top priority in the reform of basic education.The quality of education received in primary school often affects the development trajectory of a person throughout his life.In addition,as far as the number of teachers in the country is concerned,the proportion of primary school teachers in China is also quite large.Therefore,carrying out in-depth research on excellent teachers in primary schools has great practical guiding significance for the optimization of the level of teachers in China.Based on the existing research results,this study first defines the relevant concepts of excellent teacher and teacher professional growth,and determines the case study method in the qualitative research method,and selects two outstanding teachers in the W city as the research object for long-term research.Follow up the investigation,go deep into the school to observe the work practices of the research subjects and conduct in-depth interviews with the research subjects.Through the classification and analysis of the research data collected by interviews,observations,etc.,according to the vertical career stage,the professional growth process of the two research subjects is described and described as the realistic basis of this research.The cultivation of excellent teachers in primary schools and the professional growth of first-line teachers provide inspiration and experience.The study found that the professional growth of outstanding teachers in primary schools is a long-term and complex process that is influenced by many factors.Through the narrative and combing of the professional growth process of the two research subjects,this study deeply analyzes the internal and external factors that affect their professional growth.The internal factors from the individual teachers themselves mainly include independent and open personality characteristics,solid and excellent teaching skills,and profound knowledge.With a rich cultural heritage and a keen and profound research literacy,external factors are mainly summarized into three aspects: important others,key events,and school culture.Based on this,this study aims to promote the professional growth of teachers.Finally,it puts forward some thoughts on the cultivation of outstanding teachers in pre-service primary schools: talentselection,attention to teacher talents;establishment of beliefs,building a superior core;system training,implementation of the Trinity;customary development,laying the foundation for excellence.In addition,the professional growth of the first-line teachers after the job is examined.This study draws a professional growth blueprint from career planning;the famous teacher leads the establishment of professional growth benchmark;reflects on innovation,breaks through the bottleneck of professional growth;combines teaching and research to accelerate the growth of professionalism;Li said that the five aspects of professional wings are useful for the professional growth of first-line teachers.
