In recent years,our country pays more and more attention to education,so the quality of rural school becomes better and better.But the problem of shortage of teachers in some rural areas is still very serious.In order to alleviate these conditions,China has trained a number of general-purpose teachers.In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the document about the excellent teacher training plan,which pointed out the need to explore the training mode of general practice teachers.Therefore,the cultivation of excellent general practice teachers has attracted extensive attention.From the perspective of excellent teachers,this paper investigates the general teachers of rural primary schools in H county from the basic information and professional development of general teachers.Find some problems in the professional development of general practice teachers in local rural primary schools.For example: lack of professional development awareness,professional ability needs to be improved,and the level of professional knowledge is not high.Combined with these problems,this paper makes corresponding attribution analysis and puts forward optimization measures,including establishing the concept of lifelong learning,perfecting the management system of general teachers,strengthening the service training of general teachers and so on…Through this paper,we hope to improve the professional development level of general practice teachers in rural primary schools,and then realize their transformation to excellent general practice teachers.
