With the development of society,China's vocational education system is becoming more and more perfect,the school-running mode is constantly innovating,and the state gradually attaches importance to secondary vocational education.But in reality,there are obvious deviations between the students trained in secondary vocational schools and the demand for skilled talents in modern society.Especially in computer science,which has a relatively fast updating of knowledge,the training of students' skill obviously can't keep up with the development needs of the information society.Pad class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)is a new teaching mode which has been rising in recent years.This new teaching mode was first created for classroom problems in Colleges and universities.Later,it has been gradually applied to the teaching of ordinary primary and secondary schools and vocational colleges,and has been well evaluated.More and more computer teachers are beginning to apply the Pad class teaching model to the computer classroom.The emergence of Pad class has injected fresh blood into computer teaching,but also brought new classroom management problems.In order to deeply understand the problems and causes of computer Pad class and improve the teaching quality of computer Pad class,the author takes the basic course of computer application in secondary vocational schools as an example to conduct Pad class teaching,and discusses the management strategies of computer Pad class in secondary vocational schools in practice.This study consists of seven parts.The first part introduces the research background,significance and purpose of secondary vocational computer sub-class management,and describes the overall situation of this study.The second part,through literature analysis,understands the predecessors' research status,achievements and shortcomings of the existing research on the Pad class management of secondary vocational computer,defines the core concepts of the Pad class management and discusses the theoretical basis of this study;In the third part,mainly to describes the research design of paper;In the fourth part,through questionnaires and interviews with students and five teachers in four different professional classes who have carried out computer Pad class teaching,we can understand the current situation of computer Pad class management in secondary vocational schools,find out the problems existing in the Pad class management,and try to analyze the causes of the problems;The fifth part,taking the basic course of computer application in secondary vocational schools as an example,carries out the action research on the practice of Pad class management,and solves the problems in Pad class management through "plan-action-observation-reflection" in the course of action research.The sixth part puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions on how to improve the effect of Pad class management of secondary vocational computer;The seventh part summarizes the research results and reflects on the shortcomings of this study,and puts forward the prospect of future research.This study further enriches and optimizes the theory of Pad class management.It not only provides support and help for Pad class management,but also provides reference for computer teachers in Vocational Schools Based on Pad class teaching mode...
