Since the introduction of “ core accomplishment” concept in education,it has become is more and more important to cultivate students' humanistic accomplishment in the process of teaching.Junior high school students are in a critical period of personality shaping,while.The discipline of physics contains a lot of humanistic knowledge,thus creating strong necessity to involve humanistic education in physics class teaching for junior high school students.By means of “literature research”,this paper demonstrates the research background,research aim,research content,and research significance of humanistic teaching for Junior high school students,and also defines relevant academic concepts and terms.An overview is conducted based on " the research on core literacy,the research on cultivating students' humanistic literacy,as well as the research on cultivating students' humanistic literacy from junior high school physics teaching".The theoretical basis of this paper is determined as “ The Maslow's Theory of hierarchy of needs,Sutton's new humanism and constructivism learning theory”.This paper introduces the advantages and significance of cultivating students' humanistic quality in junior high school physics teaching.Using questionnaire and interview,we can draw the conclusion that not enough attention has been paid to the cultivation of students' humanistic quality in junior high school physics teaching nowadays,which can be ascribed to the following reasons: “ the teachers' self humanistic quality is not good enough,the school,even the society,pays few attention the humanistic education,the humanistic education is seldom reflected in the physics textbooks,and the teachers haven' t found the suitable approach to infuse humanistic knowledge to students”.Aiming at solving the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to strengthen humanistic education in junior high school physics class teaching by “improving teachers' humanistic quality,deepening the emphasis on humanistic education,and finding effective ways to educate students”.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified through teaching micro-cases of“ Understanding Sound Phenomenon”,“ Light Refraction”,“Quality” and “Changes in Physical State and Temperature”,and the conclusion is drawn that the cultivation of students' humanistic quality in junior high school physics teaching should be paid attention to by everyone.
