College students is a social group with the typical significance. Some studies suggest existing that their sense of responsibility and the responsibility is weak, In view of this situation, implementation the educate of students responsibility is Significance in the country.The thesis consists of four parts:in the first part, which are firstly explains the signficance of the education of the sense of responsibility, and the current status of the studies on the problem. Secondly the investigating methods of the thesis, As well as the analysis of survey results. Thirdly which explains the Responsibility system integral parts as well as the formation of sense of responsibility.Fourthly which explains the meaning and features of responsibility, the integral parts as well as the formation of sense of responsibility, and finally explore building on College Students’responsibility system. Explored from four aspects which Campus education, family education, social education, traditional culture, and foreign experience. The conclusion part summarizes the whole thesis.
