Research On The Discipline Literacy Of Master Degree Candidate Major In Educational Economy And Management

The main task of the major of education economy and management is to train the participants and managers in the field of education,to improve their subject accomplishment and research and management ability.Shouldering the important task of scientific research progress in our country,It is necessary to improve the level of discipline literacy in order to solve many problems faced by the society.Therefore,as a master's degree graduate students should actively cultivate discipline literacy in order to deal with the practical problems in the field of social education.On the basis of literature research and the analysis of the training scheme of this major in representative universities,This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the discipline literacy of the graduate students majoring in education economy and management by using the analytic hierarchy process,and compiles the questionnaire of the discipline literacy of the graduate students majoring in education economics and management.mainly manifested in the cognitive level,the problem consciousness,and so on.At the same time,the basic theory and professional knowledge of the subject,Besides,educational economic and financial analysis,educational evaluation and policy research,educational organization and management practice,educational decision-making and development analysis,etc.According to the weight of the evaluation index system and the present situation of the subject literacy level of the graduate students majoring in this specialty,Some suggestions are put forward to improve the subject quality of the graduate students of this major: first,the graduate students majoring in education economy and management should strengthen their knowledge of the subject,second,colleges and universities should optimize the curriculum arrangement.Third,colleges and universities should strengthen discipline management,guarantee scientific research environment,build a reasonable subject evaluation mechanism.
