Compulsory education is the foundation of national education and an important part of the whole education system.Equalization of compulsory education is an issue of educational equity in the final analysis.Eighteen of the communist party of China since,xi jinping,the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the development of compulsory education in China is pointed out that the new direction,"stick to the path of education development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the socialist direction of running a school,based on the basic national conditions,follow the rules of education,reform and innovation in solidarity,perfect personality,develop human,cultivating talents,the well-being of the people as the work objectives,cultivation of art comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors,and accelerate the modernization of education,the construction of education powers,do a good job in people's satisfactory education." At present,educational equity is still a hot issue of common concern to the country and society.The contradiction between the people's growing demand for quality compulsory education and the unbalanced and inadequate quality education resources at the stage of compulsory education is still prominent.Taking the development of compulsory education in yuci district,jinzhong city,Shanxi Province as an example,this paper discusses and studies the equalization of compulsory education in China.Firstly,the equalization of compulsory education is expounded from the concept of compulsory education and equalization of compulsory education,the theoretical basis of equalization of compulsory education,and the requirements of equalization of compulsory education in the new era.Secondly,taking the compulsory education in yuci district,jinzhong city,Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes its current situation from the aspects of school layout,school conditions,teachers,funds,management institutions,supervision and evaluation mechanism and developmentexperience.Then through on-the-spot interviews,research methods,according to the present situation of quality equal compulsory education found that the compulsory education stage of the school layout,teachers and education management exists some problems that are not equal,for example: the school layout is not scientific,choosing a hot,student schoolwork burden,high teaching level is not enough emphasis on intellectual education,school education than the moral education,campus safety problems,etc.Then has carried on the reason analysis to the problems,mainly from the government,schools and society three aspects carries on the analysis,such as: the government's awareness deviation,supervision and evaluation mechanism is imperfect,the teachers pay high enough,and did not implement the incentive mechanism of school management level is limited,the tendency of poor efficiency,bad atmosphere in society,the lack of family education,parents education idea enough optimization,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for accelerating the equalization of compulsory education in the new era from the four aspects of strengthening government responsibilities,strengthening safeguard measures,deepening education reform and creating a good education ecology.Optimizing the school layout;Strengthening educational supervision and evaluation mechanism;Improve and implement the treatment of teachers;Improve the performance appraisal management system;Strengthening teacher training;To optimize the curriculum and promote the all-round development of students;Strengthen teaching process management and improve teaching quality;Encouraging distinctive school development;To create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education;Improve the social identity of equalization development;Encourage parents to establish a scientific concept of education.
