Time And Space Analysis Of Population Non-agriculturalization And Industrial Non-agriculturalization

The author selects Hubei Province in central China as the basis for research on population non-agriculturalization and industrial non-agriculturalization,and uses relevant theoretical models to sort out the interpretation framework for the coordinated development of population non-agriculturalization and industrial non-agriculturalization.Then based on the non-agricultural population and the second and third industry added value data,using the evaluation system and coordination model of population and industry non-agriculturalization,the grading standards of population non-agricult uralization and industrial non-agricultural coordination degree were expounded,and 2006 was analyzed.-The time-space change process of population non-agriculturaliza tion and industrial non-agriculturalization in Hubei Province in 2015.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:From the perspective of the research time series evolution,the population non-agricultural quality,industrial non-agricultural quality and coupling coordination degre e in Hubei Province generally showed an upward trend,and experienced a high imbalance phase,a moderate imbalance phase,a mild imbalance phase and a coordination phase.From 2015 to 2015,in terms of the non-agriculturalization of the population and the development of non-agriculturalization of the industry,the degree of coordination between the two is increasing.The increasing degree of coordination is due to the narrowing of regional differences,but looking at the overall situation of the province,There is still spatial differentiation,indicating the imbalance of regional development in Hubei Province.In some areas,only the transformation of industria 1 non-agriculturalization has been completed,and the synergy of population non-agri culturalization has been neglected,resulting in serious spatial differentiation.One reason is that in addition to the economic level represented by industrial non-agricultur alization,the non-agriculturalization of the population also includes natural factors such as environment and resources,cultural factors such as concepts and customs,and social factors related to education and medical care.The attraction of population non-agriculturalization is not complete,so the development of both non-agriculturalization and non-agriculturalization of the industry is uncoordinated.In 2006-2015,the leading types of non-agriculturalization in various cities(distr icts)in Hubei Province were mainly transformed from the advanced non-agriculturalization of the industry to the advanced non-agricultural population.The transformation of population non-agriculturalization is a parallel process of identity and industry transformation.The non-agriculturalization of population can alleviate the employmen t problem in rural areas to a certain extent,increase the income of farmers,thereby promoting the development of endogenous economy and revitalizing the entire market economy.However,the transformation of population non-agriculturalization needs the support of relevant industries.The non-agricultural population has to complete the identity and the detachment of its agricultural industry.It is necessary for related industries to guarantee their living base.Therefore,Hubei Province is carrying out the process of population non-agriculturalization and industrial non-agriculturalization.At the same time,we must share in other natural,social and cultural environments,pay more attention to the optimization and upgrading of the industry,and achieve regional coordinated development through industrial upgrading,population quality,and demographic structure transformation.It should also focus on restraining the disorderly expansion and extensive utilization of urban space,accelerating the combination of optimization and upgrading of industrial systems,focusing on improving the quality of regional development,and laying a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and the realization of the social value of peasant citizenization.
