With the development of social and economic development in Shanghai,in 2015,the city's GDP in Shanghai completed 2512.345 billion yuan,an increase of 6.6% over the previous year.Shanghai as China's economic and financial center,the economy continued to maintain steady growth,but behind the economic growth and sustained growth in the size of the population has an interrelated relationship,and may even have some impact on the environment.In order to understand the development of population,economy and environment in Shanghai,it is necessary for us to explore the harmonious relationship between population,economy and environment in Shanghai.The writing framework of this paper begins with the study of the background of the coordination of population-economy-environment in Shanghai,summarizes the current research on the development of population-economy-environment coupling coordination at home and abroad,and then studies the mechanism of coordinated development of population,economy and environment.Then the calculation of the system coupled coordination degree model is expounded,and an improved method is introduced.Finally,the empirical study on the coordination of population-economy-environment system in Shanghai is carried out,and the development level of population-economy-environment system in Shanghai is analyzed and some rationalization suggestions are put forward.Based on the data of population,economy and environment in Shanghai from 2000 to 2015,this paper points out the shortcomings of the original evaluation methods in some aspects,based on the entropy method and capacity coupling model proposed by scholars in the past,At the same time,the concept of system equilibrium development degree is put forward,and the original evaluation method is improved.It is not ideal to use the entropy method-the capacity coupling model to calculate the system coordination degree in two special cases: First,in n subsystems,when at least one subsystem of the overall benefits of zero will lead to at least(n 12 1--)complex system coordination is zero,so there will be a composite system is relatively high efficiency and coordination of the situation is zero.Second,when the comprehensive benefits of each subsystem and the value is very small cases,will cause a very high degree of coordination,although the use of coupling development degree of coupling coordination to do the amendment to replace the system coordination,but still has a high Coordination degree.Based on this,this paper defines a new variable-the system balanced development degree,and try to use the improved method to calculate the variable,so as to evaluate the coordination degree and comprehensive benefit of the composite system.An analysis of the coordination degree of population-economy-environment system in Shanghai from 2000 to 2015 found that: The comprehensive benefit of the population subsystem in Shanghai has not changed much.The environmental subsystem has the fluctuation in the process of growth.The best performance is the economic subsystem,which shows a steady upward trend;The coupling development of each binary system is generally at the normal level,and the population-economic and economic-environment two binary system growth trends from 2000 to 2011 are similar.From 2001 to 2015,the population-environment and economy-environment two binary system has experienced a declining trend,and the population-economic dual system has continued to grow steadily due to a decline in the environmental benefits of the environmental subsystem in 2012 compared to the previous year,thus affecting its associated two binary composite system;In terms of the evaluation index of the whole population-economic-environment system,the development trend of the integrated efficiency,the coupling development degree and the balanced development degree of the ternary system are similar,and the equilibrium development degree is between the comprehensive benefit and the coupling development degree.In the comprehensive efficiency and coupling development degree of performance is more robust,from the three indicators of the level of development indicators of the trend point of view,can be predicted from 2016 to 2017 Shanghai's population – economy-environment system will maintain a steady development.
