The Study On Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Population Structure And Economy In Shandong Province

In recent years,China has experienced structural and trend changes in population.First of all,in terms of population structure,it is mainly reflected in the reduction of birth rate,the reduction of the number of children,the increase of the number of elderly population and the decrease of the proportion of labor force population;Secondly,in terms of population trend,the degree of aging in China will be further deepened.The emergence of these problems restricts the smooth operation of China’s economy.Generally speaking,the distorted population structure is not only not conducive to the design and layout of economic structure,but also hinders the operation of economy.Conversely,a perfect and balanced population structure plays a driving role in the rapid development of economy.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the internal relationship between population structure and economic development.From a regional perspective,taking Shandong Province as the research object,this paper will explore the relationship between the population structure and the coordinated development of economic coupling in Shandong Province,which is of great practical significance for the optimization of population structure and the healthy and sustainable development of economy in Shandong Province.Firstly,using the method of literature review,this paper summarizes the research results of population structure and economic development at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the definition,theoretical basis and mechanism of population structure and regional economy.Thirdly,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of population structure and economy in Shandong Province.Then it uses the coupling method of population structure and the correlation analysis method of economic coordination degree of Shandong Province.In addition,this paper analyzes their impact on the coupling and coordinated development of population structure and economy in Shandong Province from five aspects: natural conditions,development mode and development path,resource endowment,industrial agglomeration and the siphon of central cities.Finally,it draws the conclusion of empirical analysis,and puts forward targeted suggestions on the problems.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:（1）the population structure of Shandong Province is closely related to the indicators of economic system.（2）The degree of coupling and coordination between the population structure and the economic system in Shandong Province is increasing.The degree of coupling and coordination has experienced a development process from mild imbalance to high-quality coordination.（3）In the coupling and coordination degree of population structure and economic system of cities in Shandong Province,there is an obvious gap in the coupling and coordination degree between different cities.（4）In the analysis of the factors affecting the coupled and coordinated development of population structure and economy in Shandong Province,cities with high degree of coupling and coordination tend to have superior natural conditions,unstable development mode and development path,high resource endowment,strong industrial agglomeration and large siphon effect.According to the conclusion,it is proposed to expand the scale of employment and improve the system guarantee;Broaden development channels and optimize urban-rural structure;Improve the quality of labor force and optimize the cultural quality of population;Four suggestions on changing the employment mode and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.The innovation of this paper mainly has two points: one is the innovation of research angle.In the study of this paper,we not only analyze the timing between the two,but also analyze the spatial differences.In this way,when studying the relationship between coupling and coordinated development,we can avoid the imprecise and incomplete problems caused by considering only from the perspective of time or space.The second is the innovation of research methods.When analyzing the relationship between population structure and economy and measuring the coupling coordination degree between them,the method of factor analysis is introduced.The grey relational analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between another system and another system;Secondly,when measuring the degree of coupling coordination,the ten indexes measuring the economic system are integrated into common factors to calculate the overall score of economic indicators,and then calculate the coupling coordination scheduling.This benefit is to reduce the number of indicators and increase the internal relationship between indicators,making the analysis more accurate.
