The occurrence of immoral behavior in real life and in the online world has touched our hearts and inspired us to think: Does not feel guilty and remorse for doing harm to others? The put forward by Bandura's moral disengagement theory is precisely from the perspective of psychology to analyze the deep-level moral cognition model behind the unethical behavior. The phenomenon of ethical shirk has spread to all groups in the society, and it is difficult to avoid college students who have received higher education.Previous studies have shown that parental rearing styles,as an important external environmental factor, can affect individual moral disengagement.Being an important personality trait, responsibility spirit is a very important internal factor that affects moral disengagement. Therefore, based on Bandura's moral disengagement theory, this study explores the relationship between college students' ethical disengagement and their sense of responsibility and parental rearing style. In this study,437 undergraduate students from three universities,Nanchang University,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University were selected as research subjects. The questionnaires of moral disengagement, the simplified Parental Rearing Style Questionnaire from Jiang Jiang and the College Student Responsibility Questionnaire from Luo Xiangqun were investigated. The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS19.0 and Amos23.0.The results show:(1)The overall status of college students' moral disengagement is at a moderately low level, and they tend to use moral defenses to justify unethical behavior, and less to adopt favorable comparisons. There is a significant gender difference in the level of ethical disengagement among college students, and boys are more likely to be morally evasive. The favorable comparison dimension has significant differences in different grades, and sophomores are significantly less likely to compare favorably with students of other grades.(2)The emotional warmth of mothers is the most commonly adopted parenting style among college students. There are significant gender differences in the three dimensions of father's refusal, father's overprotection, and mother's overprotection. The three dimensions of father's emotional warmth, mother's emotional warmth, and mother's overprotectiveness have significant differences in whether they are unenumerated.(3)The level of college students' responsibility is relatively high, among which the cognition of responsibility is the best. There is a significant gender difference in the dimension of responsible behavior, and boys score significantly higher than girls. There is a significant difference in grades of responsibility emotions between grades, and sophomores have significantly more emotional responsibility than other grades. There are significant differences in whether the two dimensions of responsibility behavior and social responsibility are unique, and the score of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.Responsibility, social responsibility, collective responsibility, and total responsibility have significant differences in whether they are cadres, and student leaders score significantly higher in these dimensions than non-student cadres.(4)There is a correlation between college students' moral disengagement, parenting style and responsibility. There was a significant positive correlation between father's refusal, mother's refusal, father's overprotection, mother's overprotection and moral disengagement. The father's emotional warmth, mother's emotional warmth, and moral disengagement score were significantly negatively correlated. There was a significant negative correlation between father's refusal, mother's refusal, father's overprotection, mother's overprotection and total score of responsibility. There was a significant positive correlation between father's emotional warmth, mother's emotional warmth and total responsibility. The total score of responsibility and its various dimensions are significantly negatively related to the moral disengagement total score.(5)The mother refuses to push forward the prediction of morality, and the negative emotional warmth of the mother predicts moral disengagement.Father's emotional warmth positively predicts responsibility, mother rejects, and fatheroverprotects negative predictive responsibility.Social responsibility, emotional responsibility, and collective responsibility are all contrived to predict moral disengagement.(6)Responsibility plays a part in the role of father's emotional warmth in moral disengagement.
