The coming of the era of knowledge economy and the development of computer network affects all aspects of people's life,the innovative development of education provides the condition,let the way people learn also are a type of innovation.The change in learning styles requires that the education approach change as well,and education requires the use of Internet communication technologies to develop new communication tools.In the new century,the country pushed for the reform of the education,promoted the concept of education,and increased the innovation and development of the teaching model in order to cultivate more high-level talents.Mobile learning is produced under such background,and in a short period of rapid development,rapid occupy an important position of education,for digital,technological education and lifelong made important contributions.As a product of the new era of science and technology development,mobile learning to solve the many problems,such as time space is out of sync problem,change the "teaching" and "learning",the relationship between learners' education theory for the new teaching mode: with the help of mobile learning content of digital learning,let the students have stronger motivation to learn.Although mobile learning can't dominate,but it started a collection of traditional learning,digital learning and mobile learning for the integration of teaching mode,there will always be better for the future development of space.People vocational education wants to have the characteristics,must change the traditional teaching methods,to meet new learning requires that students can learn at any time and does not require according to certain form,can do not have to periodically,guide students to experience the different scenarios.And mobile learning is not regular,mobility,interactive features out of the limitation of space and time,fully arouse the students' learning enthusiasm,fully meet the learning needs of private higher vocational college students in the new period.Therefore,it is important to study mobile learning and apply it to the teaching of private vocational colleges and universities.The full text is divided into six chapters altogether.The first chapter is the introduction of research background,the mobile learning the popularity and development of education reform,technology,equipment and non-governmental higher vocational students a brief introduction to the necessity of mobile learning,etc,summarized in this paper,we study and research significance,the content of the summary of mobile learning research both at home and abroad,to eventually become the research idea of this article.The second chapter related concepts and theoretical basis for mobile learning.On the origin,definition,characteristics and development of mobile and introduces the content,and introduces the theoretical basis,respectively,for mobile learning,information technology and course including deep fusion theory and informal learning theory,situation cognitive learning theory,motivation theory,personalized learning theory,flip classroom learning theory.The third chapter for higher vocational students mobile learning present situation investigation and analysis.Design a questionnaire in mobile learning in vocational colleges,analyzes the results of the survey,and summarize private mobile learning problems in higher vocational colleges,to analyze the root cause of the formation.The fourth chapter is the Suggestions for the mobile learning strategies of private vocational students.From raising private vocational students' awareness of mobile learning,enhance self control,improve the learning efficiency,to expand the medium of mobile learning to develop more resources,systemization of mobile learning content,improve the learning content and form,adopt dynamic approach to learning,to get and scientific management of mobile learning content,reduce the influence of mobile learning time and place,and improve the study effect,let the course "portable",reduce the communication cost of mobile learning,strengthen school internal mobile learning platform construction of the application of private vocational students' mobile learning countermeasures are put forward.The fifth chapter is conclusion.
