Reading teaching is a very important part in junior high school Chinese teaching.Good reading teaching can not only improve students' language expression and writing ability,but also broaden their horizons and promote their long-term development.But today's Chinese reading teaching has a strong purpose,ignoring the differences of students,ignoring the interests of students,ignoring the subject status of students in the classroom,ignoring the real significance of Chinese reading teaching.In this educational background,there will be a variety of problems such as students' low interest in reading and lack of self-confidence.In order to solve this series of problems,and on this basis,gradually cultivate students' comprehensive Chinese reading ability,and internalize the acquired knowledge and ability into their own quality,it is particularly important to introduce PBL teaching method into junior high school Chinese reading teaching.PBL Chinese explanation "problem-based learning" is the acronym of problem-based learning in English.In the application process of PBL teaching method in the medical field,good results have made other disciplines start to learn and apply PBL teaching method to their own practical teaching.In practical teaching,PBL teaching method is combined with specific cases to strengthen students' ability to apply knowledge into practice.Students can not only master the knowledge they have learned,but also skillfully apply it in combination with specific situations.PBL teaching method has been cited into Chinese teaching by Chinese education scholars in China because it is student-oriented and its teaching characteristics of encouraging students to actively learn are in line with the teaching requirements required by Chinese curriculum standards.Because of the differences between liberal arts and science subjects,PBL teaching method will make corresponding changes according to the characteristics of Chinese subjects when it is applied to Chinese subjects in order to better serve Chinese subjects and achieve good teaching results.After introducing the characteristics,advantages and operation process of PBL teaching method,this paper combined the content of junior high school Chinesereading teaching and applied PBL teaching method to junior high school Chinese reading teaching.According to the specific operation process of PBL teaching method,a teaching case of PBL teaching method is designed.Through literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,explore and analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in junior high school Chinese reading teaching.After reflecting and summarizing the teaching practice,the author makes clear the effect of PBL teaching method in application.Both in student learning and teaching have a positive effect.In terms of students' learning,the application of PBL teaching method improves students' learning interest.Enhance the self-confidence and initiative of students;Improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems;Improve Chinese literacy.In terms of teacher teaching,PBL teaching method changes the role of teachers and activates the classroom atmosphere.Improve the professional development quality of teachers.At the same time,there are some problems in the application of PBL teaching method;in view of these problems,the author puts forward some Suggestions;so as to provide reference for the good application of PBL teaching method in junior high school Chinese reading teaching.
