"Three-dimensional target" refers to the three goals that should be achieved in the process of education and teaching,that is,"knowledge and ability","process and method","emotional attitude and values".The new term was generated as the national curriculum reform in 2001,in order to reflect the requirements of quality education and comprehensive development concept,teaching goal should not only pay attention to the student's "knowledge and ability" and "process and method" of education,but also emphasize the cultivation of "emotional attitude and values".According to the teaching objectives of curriculum reform,we should cultivate the all-round development of talents in the process of education and teaching.However,after more than 10 years of teaching practice,the students how to achieve the goal of "three dimensions",and how the teachers implement the"three-dimensional target" are not known.Therefore,in this paper,we take the nineteenth Middle School of Nanchang city as an example,starting from the survey of the students and teachers,with the "three-dimensional target" in high school history teaching in the implementation of the core problem,using literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation,this paper makes a survey on the "three-dimensional target" the implementation of teaching.Through the empirical study,the author finds that there are some problems in the process of the implementation of the "three-dimensional target",such as "lack of teaching design habits","neglect of historical and Humanistic Functions" and "neglect of students"learning methods.In order to improve this idea,the author in the survey and teaching practice are put forward on the basis of such as "pay attention to the teaching goal design value and effect" and "reflect the correct ideological orientation and value judgment" and "changing the way of students' learning and teachers' teaching methods and other aspects of the countermeasures Although the "three-dimensional target" problems in the implementation process of the positive evaluation of the idea to a certain extent,but the data also show that the implementation degree of theteacher on the "three-dimensional target" influence the learning effectiveness of students,that is to say,students' achievement of "three-dimensional target" is predictable and operable.
