Application Research On Action-oriented Teaching In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the rapid development of modern economy,more and more technical application talents are needed.With "the State Council on accelerating development of modern vocational education decision"(Guo Fa [2014] 19)promulgated,the principles of development of vocational education "training system,a variety of talent" by the social attention.With the rapid development of science and technology,the state of the quality of education and teaching requirements of the increasingly higher,in order to meet the rapid development of the society needs a lot of talent,all types of schools at all levels also positive were teaching reform.The old teaching mode has hindered the development of the society,it has been far from the pace of the current era of teaching,and to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability of action oriented teaching increasingly prominent.Action oriented teaching is based on behaviorism learning theory and constructivist learning theory as the theoretical basis that students acquire knowledge and not by teachers taught,but under the guidance of teachers,in a good learning environment,through their learning action,actively constructing out of.The students in the secondary vocational school are in the stage of active thinking,learning knowledge,and have great potential for development.Therefore,the implementation of action oriented teaching can make students interested in learning,optimize the teaching effect,can promote the development of secondary vocational school curriculum teaching.But the current application of the action oriented teaching method in middle school is not very optimistic,the scope of application of the action oriented teaching method and the degree is still in the primary stage,especially by the current state of the secondary vocational schools lack of investment,on the action oriented teaching method of training is not enough,can operate the teaching method of teachers to action to improve the teachers’ choice,action oriented teaching method based on problems to solve these problems,puts forward some strategies from the macro point of view: one is to improve the teaching cost of investment in secondary vocational education,to provide the necessary material guarantee for the normal application of action oriented teaching method;the two is to update the teaching ideas and improve the teaching ability of teachers.Three,strengthen cooperation;four is supporting the establishment of evaluation system,evaluation system,teaching process,teaching results of action oriented teaching method for tracking and evaluation of the whole.The teaching process and the results of the dynamic teaching method are followed and evaluated...
