In recent years,the issue of "convergence between kindergarten and primaryschool " has always been a common concern of educational circles all over the world.In China,the cause of "convergence between kindergarten and primaryschool " started relatively late.The research on "convergence between kindergarten and primary school" mainly focuses on the curriculum and related policies at home and abroad,and there is a lack of comprehensive research and discussion on kindergartens,which leads to the unsatisfactory situation of "convergence between kindergarten and primary school " in practical work.In this study,the author selected 6 kindergartens of different grades and types in a district of N city,conducted a questionnaire survey on kindergarten teachers,and interviewed kindergarten teachers,kindergarten directors,first-gradeprimary school teachers and school administrators.Literature method and investigation method are the methods used by the author to collect data in the research process,of which the investigation method is mainly questionnaire method and the interview method is complementary.In the process of research,the author learned about the problems encountered by different kindergarten teachers in the practical work of "convergence between kindergarten and primaryschool " and analyzed the factors that caused the problem,providing a certain basis for improving the work ofconvergence between kindergarten and primaryschool.The study found that there are five main problems in the work of "convergence between kindergarten and primaryschool " : lack of cultivation of children's learning ability;cultivation of children's behavior habits is not comprehensive;there is no effective strategy for training children's social interaction;lack of systematic training of kindergarten teachers and there is no connection between kindergarten and primary school;connection between kindergarten and family is not in place.In view of the problems existing in thework of "convergence between kindergarten and primaryschool ",pertinent suggestions and countermeasures are put forward bythe author accordingly: it is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the cultivation of children's learning ability;training children to develop good habitsroundly;to adopt effective strategies to strengthen the training of children's social communication ability;to improve the training system of the kindergartenteacher and strengthen the links between kindergartens and primary schools;to carry out the educationeffectively betweenfamily and kindergarten.
