Research On Organizational Capacity Building Of Social Work Industry

The social work association has a normative and leading role in social work organizations.Since 2006,with the vigorous development of social work in China,the number of social organizations of social work has increased dramatically,which puts forward higher requirements for the capacity-building of social work associations.First of all,through literature review,combined with the current situation of the development of Shaanxi Social Work Industry Association,the author puts forward six dimensions of Social Work Industry Organization capacity building,that is,service provision ability,propaganda and advocacy ability,internal management ability.Project operational capacity,think-tank building capacity,to undertake the ability of government to purchase services.Secondly,the author uses SWOT to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Shaanxi Social Work Association,so that the ability of Shaanxi Social Work Association can be presented more objectively and intuitively.The results of SWOT analysis for action research will to some extent become action research.Confirm.Thirdly,this study takes the Shaanxi Society of Social work as the foothold of the research.The author uses the method of interview and action research to study the events of Shaanxi Social Work Association since its establishment in 2016.The study found that the association has problems and deficiencies in the above six dimensions of capacity building.Finally,the author integrates the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Shaanxi Society of Social Work in SWOT analysis with the findings of action research.Through the study,the author found that the Social Work Association of Shaanxi province has the following problems in capacity building: weak executive force,single propaganda channel,limited service provision and loose internal management.The Social Work Association of Shaanxi province belongs to a member of the social work industry organization,because it still belongs to the "new soldier" in the industry.These problems are basic and can be extended to the organization of social work to a certain extent.The author puts forward the countermeasures according to the pertinence of the problems found: improving the internal execution,expanding the propaganda channels,innovating the propaganda mode,innovating the way of providing service and strengthening the internal management.Ability to manage.
