Research On O2O Teaching Evaluation Management Of A Education Training Institution

With economic development and technological progress,the teaching efficiency of China's education training industry is continuously improved,and the teaching experience is gradually upgraded.The teaching method that combines online courses with traditional face-to-face courses is called O2 O teaching,which extends classroom teaching in time and space.Students become the subject of learning.In order to regulate O2 O teaching behavior and promote teaching quality,how to establish a scientific and effective O2 O teaching evaluation turns into an urgent problem to be studied.This paper takes O2 O teaching process of A Education Training Institution as the research subject,advantages and disadvantages of online and offline teaching as the breakthrough point,and uses literature analysis,interview method and other research methods to analyze A Education Training Institution's teaching model development history.Based on current mobile terminal device APP's O2 O teaching status,it is concluded that the main reasons impacting on teaching quality are issues of evaluation guidance,appraisal method,assessment of classroom teaching effectiveness,standardization and individuation of exercises and so on.Through analysis of teaching resources evaluation,teaching implementation evaluation and teaching effectiveness evaluation in teaching evaluation system,set up first-class,second third-class assessment targets,use analytic hierarchy process to get each index weight,build an evaluation system of online and offline evaluation and weight,formative evaluation and summative evaluation,double subjects evaluation of teacher and student.Propose teaching management improvement scheme on the basis of O2 O teaching implementation evaluation,including establishment of good O2 O teaching evaluation feedback mechanism,reinforce of training of teaching and academic staff and setup of the salary assessment standard based on O2 O teaching evaluation.By the analysis and research on A Education Training Institution's problems of teaching evaluation,this paper constructs a set of diversified and multi-dimensional comprehensive teaching evaluation index system,and proposes corresponding improvement scheme of teaching management,which has certain reference and guidance to education training institution's scientific decision-making of teaching management.
