| Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent,and its unique geographical location has become an important gateway to the western region of China.Under the background of the current efforts to maintain social stability in Xinjiang,it is of great significance to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19 th Party Congress and the Party Congress of the Autonomous Region and solve the employment problems that the Xinjiang people are most concerned about,and to maintain social stability in Xinjiang and long-term stability in the country·With the development of economy and society,the three major industries in the traditional concept rely on digital information technology and the penetration and superposition of information industry such as television and radio,which make the boundaries between the three industries more and more blurred,and the development of industrial integration It has become an important driving force for competition among countries.Industry integration derived from the new market demand is an important way to adjust the industrial structure,and is also closely related to the optimal allocation of the labor market.In addition,the employment problem in the process of industrial integration is,in the final analysis,the matching degree between the labor market and the industrial structure.When the labor market and the industrial structure are highly matched,the unemployment rate will decrease and the structural employment problem will be alleviated.When the matching of human resources and industrial structure is low,the unemployment rate increases,the number of new employment decreases,and the structural employment problem is serious,and so on.With the development of the economy,Xinjiang's industrial structure and employment structure have been continuously adjusted and optimized.While the industrial structure and employment structure in Xinjiang have changed,new opportunities and challenges have emerged.Since the change of industrial structure will inevitably lead to structural employment problems in Xinjiang,it is necessary to take into account the relationship between industrial integration and employment in the process of promoting the integration of the first,second and third industries,and explore the degree of influence of Xinjiang's industrial integration development on employment.Suggestions for high quality development.This paper firstly draws on the relevant industry integration theory and analyzes the status quo of the development of three industries in Xinjiang and the basis of industrial integration.On the basis of the existing industrial integration degree evaluation method,the coupling coordination degree model is selected to construct a three-industry comprehensive evaluation system,and the integration degree of Xinjiang's first,second and third industries is compared with the integration degree of China's first,second and third industries.According to the analysis,the first,second and third industries in Xinjiang have a certain integration foundation,and the integration degree of the three industries is on the rise: the level of integration is gradually changed from the mid-high level to the coordinated one.The level of integration of the three industries in Xinjiang gradually converges with the level of three industries in China.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of industrial integration in Xinjiang,this paper deeply studies the effect of industrial integration development on employment,and lays a foundation for the subsequent empirical research on the development of three industries and the employment relationship.Secondly,the error correction model(VECM)is established to empirically study the relationship between industrial integration level,employment,economic growth and educational development level in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2017.The empirical analysis shows that from the perspective of long-term equilibrium,the development of the three industries in Xinjiang is positively related to the employment rate.The higher the degree of integration of the three industries,the greater the pulling effect on employment in Xinjiang,but in the short term,the development of industrial integration in Xinjiang The pulling effect of employment is not significant.Finally,based on the effect analysis and empirical analysis of the impact of industrial integration on employment,the paper proposes countermeasures for promoting employment in the process of three industrial integration development: promoting multi-factor integration and improving the relevance of various industries;improving the overall quality of the labor force;broadening employment Channels;vigorously develop the service industry;should promote the leading role of the secondary industry. |
