Teacher's job satisfaction is a general,emotional feeling and view on the work and working conditions.These feelings and views depend on what teachers get from the work,such as leadership and management,colleague relationship,working condition,work pressure,etc.Physical education is an important part of school education.High school is a key stage for students to master motor skills and enhance their physical fitness.Therefore,PE teachers' job satisfaction will directly affect the teaching quality of PE lessons and training level.The core of humanistic management is to attach importance to the role of people in work,to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of people as the fundamental,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of common development of organizations and individuals.In the aspect of teachers' work,the concept of humanistic management requires managers to pay more attention to teachers,analyze their professional psychological demands,improve teachers' enthusiasm and creativity,and then promote the construction of teachers' team and the improvement of teaching quality.Guyuan is the central city of southern Ningxia.It is the political,economic,cultural center and transportation hub.It is also the largest Hui settlement in the country.Because of the particularity and importance of its geographical position,it plays a decisive role in training long-distance running,basketball and Hui characteristic sports events in track and field.Moreover,the annual college entrance examination physical education candidates in Guyuan City are the main force of Ningxia college entrance examination physical education students,so the role of the ordinary high school physical education teachers in Guyuan City is self-evident.Based on this,this study takes the physical education teachers in ordinary high school of Guyuan City,Ningxia as the research subject,and uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate their job satisfaction and compare their differences in gender,age,academic qualifications,teaching age,professional title,marital status,and wage income.It also analyzes seven influencing factors such as leadership and management,colleague relationship,work environment,work pressure,professional identity,promotion mechanism and welfare compensation.the conclusion are as follow:1.The job satisfaction of physical education teachers in ordinary high schools of Guyuan City is at the medium level.2.There is a significant difference in job satisfaction of PE teachers in Guyuan city in the monthly wage,but there is no significant difference in other variables.3.The physical education teachers in Guyuan City have the highest satisfaction with professional identity and the lowest satisfaction with welfare compensation.From the perspective of the average of all dimensions affecting the job satisfaction of the ordinary high school physical education teachers in Guyuan city,they have the highest satisfaction with professional identity and colleague relationship,They are quite satisfied with the leadership management and working environment,but they are not satisfied with promotion mechanism,work pressure and welfare compensation.4.From the perspective of humanistic management,some ideas and strategies areproposed for the improvement of job satisfaction of ordinary high school PE teachers in Guyuan City.First of all,school leaders should respect and trust physical education teachers in establishing the humanistic management concept of ordinary high school PE teachers.Then,in the human-centered management environment of ordinary high school physical education teachers,physical education teaching conditions should be improved and a rich campus sports culture should be constructed.Finally,in terms of improving the human-based management system of ordinary high school physical education teachers,schools should implement a democratic decision-making system and formulate and implement scientific and standardized incentive and evaluation mechanisms.
