In the new media environment,the level of media literacy education for physical education students is not only related to the socialization process and development of physical education students,but also the key to the construction of media literacy education in sports colleges.At present,the most discussed group of college students is “how to train physical education students” and “quality education related to physical education students”.There is little concern about the media literacy education of physical education students,which undoubtedly ignores the media literacy needs of physical education students..Studying and paying attention to the issue of media literacy education in sports universities not only helps to improve the media information cognition and the ability to use media resources,but also has a practical and exploratory role in promoting the reform of general education in sports colleges.On the basis of previous studies,the thesis uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the current situation of media literacy of physical education students,and to deepen the factors affecting the media literacy education of physical education students.Analyze and propose corresponding educational initiatives.The paper mainly studies from the following sections:The first part is the foreword.From the new media environment,themedia literacy status of sports college students needs to pay attention to it,the media literacy education of sports college students faces challenges and the interest of researchers in the new media environment.The background of the research is elaborated.The purpose and significance of this paper are theoretically and practically studied.It elaborates on the definitions of new media,sports college students,media literacy and media literacy education,and conducts research and research on related research at home and abroad.The second part is the research object and research method.The thesis uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to conduct research and analysis.Based on the existing research background,based on the design and validity of the indicators of physical literacy of sports college students,the content of the questionnaire was formulated,and a combination of stratified sampling and random sampling was used to extract a class of undergraduate colleges in Hunan Province.The second-class undergraduate colleges,three types of undergraduate colleges,and colleges of higher vocational colleges are selected as sample candidates.The third part is a review of the current situation of media literacy education for college students.Taking the self-made questionnaires for college students' media literacy education questionnaire as theinvestigation tool,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis from the overall description and multi-dimensional examination of the status quo of media literacy education for physical education students.The survey results show that the overall situation of media literacy education for physical education students is not optimistic,and its statistical average is 91.0147;among them,skills education is in a good grade with a statistical average of 27.84;speculative education is at a poor level with a statistical average of 19.92;participation in education is in general The average statistical value is 21.06;moral education is in a poor grade with a statistical average of 22.1912.The fourth part is the realistic revealing of the problem of media literacy education for physical education students.Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews of college students,the results of the survey are summarized and analyzed.At present,there are four problems in the media literacy education of sports college students,including: the media literacy education of sports college students is in a spontaneous state,using and controlling media Inefficiency,lack of ability to interpret and criticize media,and strong dependence on exposure and use of media.The fifth part is the perspective of the cause of the media literacy education for physical education students.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the status quo,the factors influencing the media literacyeducation of physical education students mainly include the following aspects: the relevant education authorities mainly focus on the lack of investment in media literacy education;the physical education colleges mainly carry out the theoretical research of media literacy education and The practice is relatively lacking;the social factors are mainly the integration of social resources to promote the promotion and popularization of media literacy education;the family factor is mainly limited to the role of family in media literacy education;the physical education students are mainly lack of their own media literacy and the need for domestic demand Upgrade.The sixth part is the educational measures proposed for the status quo of media literacy of physical education students.It is suggested to combine the five departments of relevant authorities,school education,social education,family education and individual self-education to jointly improve the media literacy of college students.The main educational initiatives proposed include: the introduction of policies and regulations on media literacy education;the construction of a comprehensive literacy education system for higher education institutions;the use of social resources to expand the media literacy education platform;and the emphasis on creating a good family media literacy education environment;Self-awareness and self-education.
