Party Building Leads The Practice Of Community Social Work Research

According to the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the current focus of social governance lies on grassroots governance,and community-level Party building has become an important part of stabilizing the foundation of national governance.With urbanization advancing,urban communities have become an important position for grassroots governance,and this situation poses new challenges to grassroots community work.In order to practice the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,many communities constantly carry out the innovative practice of Party building leading the grass-roots work,optimize the community social work,and solve the practical problems in the community.At present,the adoption of the development model combining "social work" and "party building" is the road that we must and should adhere to in grass-roots governance.This paper is based on the project of "I and Party Heart" in X Community,Nanguan District,Changchun City,visit the elderly in the community,expand the coverage,improve the management mechanism of the community,and improve the autonomy of community social work.
