A Study On Education Management Assurance Scheme Of Argo-Extended Graduate

Master of Agro-extend?MAE?is an important guarantee to achieve the modernization of agriculture for China in 21^st century.To ensure the quality of MAE,the education quality management for it plays a key role.In this paper,we take the education quality of MAE as the main object.With the methods such as reference research,statistics,survey,qualitative analysis and comparison,our work includes:the introduction of the policies of MAE and the main problem it faces;the applicability analysis combined with some basic concepts of higher education based on the characteristics of quality management theory;the concept and the function setting of the MAE quality management system;the theoretical analysis of the construction of modern MAE quality management.The suggestions and solutions this paper proposed includes:to establishment of graduate school,academic departments,student council mainly to the Admissions Committee,the Steering Committee for the internal MAE education quality management framework important part of universities;to strengthen specialized class of MAE enrollment and customized training;to strengthen the collaboration between the universities and enterprises to promote the practice ability in MAE education;to improve the quality feedback scheme with the function from Graduate School,University-Enterprise Collaboration Committee,Student Council and the MAE schools to ensure the MAE education quality and long-term nature.
