College Students' Personal Knowledge Management Factors Influencing

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, human has full access to the information society and the age of the knowledge economy. As a future knowledge worker, students also face serious challenges. The implementation of personal knowledge management is helpful for students to master knowledge and improving the personal competitiveness. While the research of personal knowledge management influence factors can help learners to implement personal knowledge management effectively, it is necessary do preliminary attempt and efforts to personal knowledge management influence factors of college students.The thesis firstly arranges the interrelated achievements of personal knowledge management research at home and abroad. With the summarized previous research achievements, it obtains the influence factors of personal knowledge management and the options of the questionnaire, and classifies the influence factors through three dimensions of process ability, non-intelligence factors and environmental factors, proposing the model of personal knowledge management influence factors and the research hypothesis of this paper.Secondly, on the basis of the conceptual model, and previous research achievements, we compile the investigation questionnaire of personal knowledge management influence factors. The effectiveness and validity of the questionnaire are tested by small scale questionnaire investigation, and the test results are fine. Based on this, large scale questionnaire investigations are carried out, and the analysis of the sample data using SPSS17.0 shows that:the seven influence factors from the dimension of profess ability are knowledge acquisition, knowledge assessment, knowledge analysis, knowledge integration, knowledge innovation, knowledge representation and knowledge safety; the two influence factors from the dimension of non-intelligence factors are emotion attitude, motivation; the two influence factors from the dimension of environmental factors, are resource allocation, and cultural characteristics. Besides, the key influence factors of personal knowledge management are identified accurately and effectively. Then, the paper makes differentiation analysis on each influence factor using the one factor analysis of variance and analyzes the causes of significant difference.Finally, the empirical study on the relations between the influence factors of personal knowledge management and the performance was practiced. The results show that the influence factors of personal knowledge management could effectively distinguish the differences between high performance organizations and normal performance organizations. The process ability exerts marked influence on task performance, peripheral performance and scores. Environmental factors exert marked influence on scores. Therefore, implementing personal knowledge management should begin from the process control, and pay attention to the allocation of infrastructure.
